"Very well. The removal of old plantings was done quickly and removal of all debris and site clean-up was quick and thorough. The new plantings are much more appropriate for the house and property. The accent lighting is very attractive and the sprinkler system is working like new and keeping the new plants alive. I am looking forward to the replacement of the concrete driveway with pavers later this month. This is the last phase of the work requested."

"I got in touch with Pete to stain my deck first. He did such a beautiful job on that I ended up asking him for a quote to paint the entire house, and boy am I glad I did! "Oh my gosh. Great work and beautiful result. I had to have my driveway re-done because it broke in two. I was contacted right away by the owner, ready to show insurance, and give me a bid for the work, which was completed in 1 day. All of the concrete was removed and discposed of and a new (double-car) driveway was poured and completed at the end of the day. Communication with owner was excellent. Very respectful of the property and left no evidence of his work other than a beautiful new concrete driveway. Would highly recommend. His price beat the other two bids I received by a MILE!"

"VERY responsive. Several contractors came and quoted my sidewalk job but would never schedule the job. Landmark not only quoted the job but delivered the materials and did the job in less than a week. Clean-up could have been bit better. A few pavers could have been cut a little closer. They were more expensive than others who quoted, but those other companies wouldn't do the job. Overall, I am pleased."

"Mark was prompt in responding. He was knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. He determined I had turned the valve off on my back flow apparatus not knowing that controlled water to my irrigation system. Unfortunately his knowledge and advice prevented the need for me to have a service call. I simply turned the back flow back on. I even offered to pay his Angie fee and he declined. I will use this company in the future should a need arise."
