Mine was a smaller project, with maximum and skilled effort from his workmen!! Took up concrete slab, installed drainage underground, and laid pavers with retaining wall . It turned out beautifully and really enhances the area!! Mr Souza did the design, ordered materials and delivered a porch that I will enjoy year-round and for years to come!! Highly responsive, a great crew. Rawlinson and Eduardo kept the site clean and were prompt. Great to have their crew on site, and they met our stringent timelines.

I talked to a couple of other paver installers before these guys. I was frustrated by the process until Rawlinson Souza came in, estimated the work, and got the work done early. It looks great. We were extending our driveway to an alley behind the house and the space needed to be re-graded to work. This is a no-nonsense operation and I would recommend them to anyone!

Work was completed in one day, pavers came in early and work started the next day. Small area only 10×15 but excellent work.

They did a great job on the patio and walkway we had them install. Overall I felt like he communicated well and the price was fair. I would hire them again for sure. Here is my only issue, this was a very small job and they didn't finish in 1 day because they ran out of pavers (maybe needed 10 more bricks) . That was a Thursday they were supposed to be back Friday to finish and I received a call about 5 or 6pm that they wouldn't make it out and would be out Saturday. I expected them Saturday morning and no one showed up till maybe 3 or 4 in the afternoon, they finished in about 15 minutes and left it kind of messy. The little things mean a lot and that job easily could have been finished Thursday or Friday morning in about 15 minutes and they would have received 5 stars. They get 4 stars because they drug it out a day and a half for 10 more bricks and didn't cleanup well enough. We are very happy with the quality of the work though and that's what's most important.

Worked with Rawlinson Souza owner of Lima Pavers. Their crew of four completed the job in one day. Arrived at 8AM and finished at 6PM. They took only a 45 minute lunch break and then back at it. All were really great, they knew how to work together, and all could do each others job. They removed our old Flagstone patio pavers, and replaced our 22x22 screened in patio with Tremron pavers. We love the new look. William and Barbara Tubbs
