The accent lighting is very attractive and the sprinkler system is working like new and keeping the new plants alive. I am looking forward to the replacement of the concrete driveway with pavers later this month. This is the last phase of the work requested."

I was contacted right away by the owner, ready to show insurance, and give me a bid for the work, which was completed in 1 day. All of the concrete was removed and discposed of and a new (double-car) driveway was poured and completed at the end of the day. Communication with owner was excellent. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin.
