"Very well. The removal of old plantings was done quickly and removal of all debris and site clean-up was quick and thorough. The new plantings are much more appropriate for the house and property. The accent lighting is very attractive and the sprinkler system is working like new and keeping the new plants alive. I am looking forward to the replacement of the concrete driveway with pavers later this month. This is the last phase of the work requested."

"Oh my gosh. Great work and beautiful result. I had to have my driveway re-done because it broke in two. I was contacted right away by the owner, ready to show insurance, and give me a bid for the work, which was completed in 1 day. All of the concrete was removed and discposed of and a new (double-car) driveway was poured and completed at the end of the day. Communication with owner was excellent. Very respectful of the property and left no evidence of his work other than a beautiful new concrete driveway. Would highly recommend. His price beat the other two bids I received by a MILE!"

"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. "Joey came to my house and gave me A very fair quote on removing the old broken concrete from my 24'x48' pole barn and replace with new concrete.They started work on following monday removing old concrete and poured new concrete and did A very good job,done it the way I wanted,cleaned up area.Very satisfied customer,would recommend and will use Joey's concrete again."
