"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. "The day after we got electricity back on after Hurricane Irma we were welcomed with an air conditioner that would not cool. Prestige arrived a few hours after calling them on a busy Sunday and quickly assessed the problem. By Monday morning comfort had returned. Although I expect every A/C company to show up and say the same thing "It'll cost $9,000 and 4 weeks to fix or we can sell you a new unit." In this case the unit was installed 14 years ago and it was truly time to move on. Prestige gave me a great price on a unit and got it installed right away. The workers were professional and it was obvious they took pride in their work and respected the company and owner. As a nice bonus, the new unit also came with a free preventive maintenance visit within the first year. I definitely recommend them and would use them again."

"Woke up around midnight to my HVAC being set to 75°, but all the temperature sensors in my home reporting above 83. So in a panic I reached out to all the AC places in the near area. Novation can in clutch. There were able to come out first thing in the morning after I dropped my kids off and school and their prices were a cheaper than most of the other quotes I received. I really appreciate Jackson. He showed up replaced the capacitor, found and fixed a leak in the copper pipes, and completely recharged the system."

"We had been coughing and did not know the cause, and we decided to have the ductwork cleaned. Angies list recommended this company, and after several estimates, I decided to use Eclair. I was extremely pleased with their competency. They explained exactly the procedure they would use including showing me photos and explaining the cleaning they would be performing on the blower unit. (Our AC system is one of the more complicated units, and I needed information concerning their work in cleaning the unit.) The Eclairs are very professional; they cleaned all the vents and returns inside and the covers; used a high pressure vacuum to blow out the entire duct system;cleaned the blower, coils, wires, drip pan; and installed a new return below the blower so that future cleaning had access to area in unit that had been unaccessible. They arrived on time, and in addition to the exceptional service, they were very pleasant to have in the home. I would highly recommend them. And we are no longer coughing from the very dirty system!!"
