One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."
