It has been 4 months and they never have gotten a permit for work, I am currently in violation of work done without permit and am scheduled for a hearing in April with City. They got paid the day after install, when I kept questioning when inspector was coming I got nothing. I researched and found they abandoned permit. I have retained a law firm, filed with state and county against there license. Stay away from this company.

Spot on for emergency repair. Called several and they were the only service who lived up to their claim. John was the technician and showed up within 2 hours of call. He diagnosed issue within 10 minutes and cold air was once again flowing. Very knowledgeable and explained why unit was overheating as well as solution he implemented. I had called them for a service appointment and maintenance. However, I did not get any information from them until I texted them several times. They did not send me the invoice when they said they would. They have not completed the job that I asked them to do.

Premier Comfort responded to my request for a/c repair very quickly. The technician arrived on time and had the air working in a few minutes. He suggested a fix that would eliminate a repeat of our problem. The price was lower than a quoted price I had received earlier from another company. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Responded to emergency call on a Sunday night. They gave me a window of between 7:00 and 7:30pm and they were here. Rigged a/c to work temporarily for the night and returned the next morning to finish repair.

I called Premier out for a second opinion on a part that I was told needed to be replaced by another company. I thought the service guy was great (sorry I don't remember his name, wish I did cause I would call for him every time!) He showed and explained everything to me in such a simple way that I had no problem understanding. It turned out I didn't need this part replaced after all. I will definitely be making Premier my go to guys for anything A/C related in the future! Thanks for being so honest!

Extremely happy with both service and price! Tech was professional and called one hour prior to appointment to let me know another customer's problem would take a bit longer and he would be arriving a little later. Explained and showed us how to fix the problem, and offered to deduct the service call cost if the AC needed to be fixed in the future.
