"Very well. We had a number of projects that we needed done, both interior and exterior. Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. Joe works steadily and efficiently getting more done each day than I would have ever thought possible. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and removed all debris from the premises. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe for “handyman” jobs. He seems willing to tackle most anything but told me up front that he doesn’t do plumbing."

"They did such a great job with the dryer vents that we scheduled them to come back a few days later to clean out all the air vents in the house. They also went around and replaced some light-bulbs for us since they had ladders tall enough to reach the lights."

Jim Siebenaler Construction is absolutely the best!  This is the second large project Jim has done for us.  He previously replaced our front porch.  This time, we gutted the  main floor bathroom.

Jim is reliable, professional, a perfectionist about his work, a good listener, and does everything in his power to please the customer.  Jim and his crew installed new walls, tub, toilet, vanity, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, lighting, tile floor, subway tile shower stall, subway tile up to chair rail height, and  a custom shower door.  Everyone who worked on the bathroom was top-notch. The entire process took less than two weeks!

The space is small, but Jim created a beautiful built-in shelf that is made of subway tile and glass shelves.  There is a white subway tiled shower stall (tub to ceiling)  with two lines of black pencil tile accent that is one of my favorite touches  in the room along with the built-in shelves. 

Jim and his crew turned a worn-out bathroom  that had a stained tub surround, no fixed shower, and peeling wallpaper into a spa-like room that has an Art Deco feel.  The new bathroom matches our 1920's house perfectly. We highly recommend Jim Siebenaler Construction.

After meeting with Victor we went with a Savant system and some LED cabinet lights. The system was installed on schedule and does more than we expected. We can control our sound system, TV, kitchen cabinet lights and Alarm all from our phones-we love it! Great company and the installer Mario gave us his cell phone for after hours help.
