What an incredible difference in my water!!! My only regret is not having done this sooner. John was extremely thorough in explaining the system and his Customer Service is second to none. Justin did an amazing installation job and even returned to relocate the Ultra-6 Filtration system to give me more cabinet space. In a wordâ ¦Awesome! Incredible!! Having lived without this system, the buildup of hard water on EVERYTHING was disgusting, expensive if I went any further with the hard water, and the expense of replacing water filters in fridge plus cost of soaps, bottles of water etc was adding up and bad for our earth!! I finally called Johnnie B and he was at my door ready to help. WHY HAD WE NOT DONE THIS SOONER!! Besides the exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Our Hard water issues reversed the minute the expert Justin installed our system! I am not kidding. MAJOR DIFFERENCE. Make the Upgrade to your home!! Very very worth it to yourself, your skin, your appliances, your life, the earth!! NUMBER 1!!! Make sure to ask for John. His customer service skill is the best and he was there with his installer to make sure everything went as it was suppose to and even met with my husband on a different day than initially. The $50 they give is not bad just for testing your water and meeting with you.

This is an outstanding company to deal with. It is top of the line in water treatment systems in my book. I wish I had hired them originally for handling my water issues last November as opposed to the company I allowed to put in a BIRM system that totally was a disaster. BUT, John and Tim have seen that my water problems containing excessive iron have been resolved. I am way too happy!
