"We were hired by John to fix his exhaust fan motor. We contacted Captive air and ordered the exact motor. After installing the motor, we found the Variable Frequency Drive had been burnt out. I called captive air and ordered a pre-programmed replacement. upon installing the replacement, the tech saw the item was not preprogramed and faulty per Captive air. AT this point the claim was submitted for a replacement through the warranty. After updating John of the situation, he demanded the job be done right away. Unfortunately, due to the weather captive air is overwhelmed with claims and stated it is taking longer than usual. I offered that John order a brand-new Variable Frequency Drive instead of waiting for a refund which his response was he would do it himself. Regardless of what language my employees speak they are American citizens and deserve to be treated as so. Not once was John ignored or treated with disrespect unfortunately this situation was out of my hands, and I did everything in my power to fix the situation. DRS Hoods has 8+ years' experience and go above and beyond for all our customers"
