"Hired David to help with some issues with my home security system. He came and charged a lot for the first visit. "Fixed " the problem but it kept happening. He would try to "fix" it over the phone or come over and charge me again for the same problem and it was not cheap. He then told me it was the IP address so I got a static IP address didn't work. He told me to buy a monitor to connect directly to the cameras....another $100 later...same problem. Finally got ring cameras where they are 24/7 there to help you. David does not work weekends and doesn't always like to work during the week. A security camera repair person should come over when needed. I paid a lot and never got the problems solved. He also made a disparaging remark about coming to the US to work eluding that "we" were not as smart I was super offended by that. He also when I tried to write down how to run through the check list of problem solving techniques he was quick to run through them so as to not help me...so I didn't have to call him and pay him each time the same problem occurred. He will probably respond about how I don't understand this and that but bottom line...he got paid a lot....my cameras don't work...no matter what he told me to buy or get and "it will fix the problem""
