In Jan 2019, we paid them $3100 to rescreen our pool area. We were given a 5 year Warranty. It looked like a great job and they had to come out and replace a panel a rat ate through, and we paid for that. Perfect. Then we got iguanas that pulled 2 panels from the roof side of the house. We offered to pay for those, However, there are 6 more panels that came loose and the spine is hanging and loose panels are flapping that were NOT done by the animals. The workmanship should last more than 6 months. We have not had any storms and with just daily weather, so many panels should not have come loose. We called, texted, sent letters with no response. We only want the screens repaired as stated in the 5 year warranty, which is not being honored. We don't like doing bad reviews but are really hurt that the screen warranty is not honored. $3100 is a lot of money for us and we are back where we were with bad screens. All we want is, the screens fixed and we will pay for the 2 panels damaged by the iguanas. Thank you.

The work was impeccable and they came on time, kept in touch via text, friendly wonderful company. We had entire replacement of pool screen, and screen doors, replaced door hardware. I requested that a 20x20 screen mesh be used on the top part of the screen enclosure, because I have a lot of pine trees and the pine needles hang through a 18x14 screen mesh (their normal screening). They said because of hurricane Irma the 20x20 mesh was not available, so I agreed to wait until they could get it (a couple of months) I told them in the mean while I was going to bump out the screen frame to include a planter to be inside the screen enclosure. This was fully disclosed to them and they offered to get the metal for me and they declined doing that when it came time to deliver. When the screen arrived and they actually replaced the screening, they put 20x20 screen on the top, but not on top of the screen bump out. After 5 days, I called and asked them to come back and put 20x20 screen over the bump out. They left a few phone messages, acting like they did not understand what I was asking and never called and talked to me directly. One of their selling points was they would return and fix any problems for 5 years and the reality is they would not come back after 5 days. I have attached two pictures showing why I insisted on 20x20 screen. The picture shows three weeks accumulation of pine needles, imagine what it will look like after 6 months or a year. In one picture you see the accumulation of pine needles on the 18x14 mesh and the panel above it with 20x20 mesh is clean. They did good work, but I guess any deviation from their norm means they will do it their way and not treat their customer as well as they said they would. When you call them they never answer the phone, you always have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. I did not rate them on price, I did not shop around, I prefer to use local small businesses and do not know if the price was good or not.

This is the second time I have used Jupiter Screen Repair. The first was to repair a couple of panels and this time was a total rescreen. The price was very reasonable. Everyone I have encountered from this business is polite, professional and courteous. The work performed was perfect. My enclosure looks like new. They also clean everything up after they are done. I highly recommend them.

I needed the work done quickly and was on their schedule. They called me one night (weeks before the actual scheduled date) and offered to come the next day as they had a cancellation and would move my job up if I wanted. They arrived promptly the next morning and did a wonderful job!

Punctual, excellent materials, organized, neat, and also replaced hardware on screen doors, tightens or replaced Foundation bolts. Hard and effeicient workers. Their plan was completely explained prior to starting and it went expeditionsly as stated.

Well, estimate was given on one day.... said they would be back next day. Circumstances did not allow this to happen. After calling Dino and Adam, I expressed my concern that settlement on my house was in a few days and needed it done ASAP. It was completed the very next day at 10 am. I cannot express how my stress level went down because this company took care of me! I would hire them in a minute next time around!! Thank you so much for a job well done!!

Dino came out to provide a quote the same day we called to request one. He made a suggesting for pet screens on the bottom panels and replacing the uppers with regular screen. Once we were on the schedule, they actually were able to complete the work a week earlier than expected and took very little time.

I would recommend Jupiter Screen Repair to any individual. Dino came to my residence and provided an estimate for replacement of the metalwork and screen. The estimate received was on par with other licensed and insured vendors in the area. The work was carried out on-time and the workers were amendable to last minute design changes.

Dino showed up for the estimate and said exactly when he'd be back to do the work. Then they called the day before with a time. He was on time and did a great repair. I've used their rescreen services before and I'd call them again.
