"There was a hurricane off our shore that day Customer appeared to be unaware. Cust. wanted her washer repaired. A part had to be ordered and customer insisted that it be overnighted and installed the next day. That night mandatory evacuation of the Palm Beach Island. When Customer continued on about service the next day we decided to hand her back her money and find another company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"We apologize. When we do warranty work. Manufactures want some sort of proof of date of purchase. I have been doing warranty for 39 years. We have lost a few thousand because we were not able to document Date Of Purchase. All that is required, Bill of sale, Manufacture to call in, Closing Documents and or first Electrical bill. We do not advertise we depend on that Warranty Customer to have the best service experience from us and to call after warranty if needed. "We are being judged on a call we did not run. I do apologize for you being put on hold. It was a busy time and season. I assume there trip charge was less than ours since we did not come to your home. It is very difficult to judge a company on Service Call Alone. But I am glad you received the Service you needed and you have a Company you can call."
"We are sorry for you experience and fairly I can see how you would feel. We have many customers tell us what part to bring in the past. When we go there with that part many times that is not required for the repair they need. Now we have to send that part back, freight and restocking fee"s apply. I feel your complaint should have been handled differently. If you know what part you want as we do now when a customer calls in.. We require a credit card for the purchase of any part you want, in this customer case it was obvious the handle was broken and we should have come out with it on the first trip. We should have handled this different. Do to the nature of this complaint we are extending a free Service call. I would like to make it right. Sam"
