Excellent. Elliott is very conscientious and professional. He works very slowly and deliberately (but this does not mean that he charges more because of the time involved). He's very willing to discuss various options and to explain what he's doing as he works. I plan to have him return to work on several other small jobs.

My cat sitter did not return the key to my villa and I got nervous since I had made many calls to her with no reply. So I hired the handyman who happens to be an excellent locksmith.

It went very well. He showed up on time, gave estimates, was pleasant and professional

We wanted a professional to install TV wall mounts and called around for estimates. Specifically, our need was to have the mounts properly secured to the walls and we did not require any wiring, hookups or connecting components. When reaching out to Elliot's Handyman Services we were pleased to get to a real person on the other end of the phone. We gave the details of the job and Elliot called us back within a few hours with a fair price.We agreed on a time and on the day the work was scheduled Elliot called to confirm that he was in transit. He arrived promptly at the designated time and he was personable, courteous and totally professional. We especially appreciated that he was cognizant to lay drop cloths under his tools to protect our wood floors during the process. The job is complete and we have added Elliot's Handyman Service to our contact list, confident that he's the man for future handyman services. Thank you, Elliot.

He was very neat, he brought his own rags to put down. It took him awhile but he didn't give up and got the project done right. We were very satisfied! He gave us cards and now my daughter is going to use him! He was a really really nice guy, he came in and said that was his price and he didn't try to change that. We were very pleased!

Called Elliot - said he could be out next day - estimated $130 but said may be less. Was able to use 2 jacks I had in and reduced price to $80. Guy is a REAL find!

Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable !!! He is definitely a keeper. gave me an estimate which sounded reasonable then lowered the actual cost by 20%.

In chatting with him it seems that he has many handy man talents as explained in the previous review (why I called him)

ELLIOT CAME IN GAVE US AN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. HIS PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, AND HE WAS PERSONABLE. THE NEXT DAY HE ARRIVED ON TIME. THE FIRST THING THAT HE BROUGHT IN WAS A DROPCLOTH. HE LAID HIS TOOLS ON THE DROP CLOTH AND SET UP ANOTHER SET OF DROPCLOTHS WHERE HE WAS GOING TO WORK. COMPLETED THE PROJECTS IN 5 DAYS (ORIGINALLY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 6 OR 7). EVERY DAY, HE MADE SURE THE HOUSE WAS CLEANED BEFORE HE LEFT. COMMUNICATED WITH MY WIFE AND I ON A DAILY BASIS WHAT HIS STATUS WAS. WHEN HE WAS DONE, HE TOOK OFF $500.00 BECAUSE THE JOB WAS DONE IN LESS TIME. NEVER HAD AS HONEST A CONTRACTOR BEFORE.
