Excellent I called first then I get a quote on the telephone. They gave me a quote and exact time, polite, professional and remove the old element replaced with a new element. They cleaned up and work within an hour and he tested everything before leaving to make sure everything is working. The person who did the work name Brian.

I called AAA Appliance around 10:30 am that day, after another tech cancelled on us twice. Was not really sure who to call after that so I goggled Magtag tech in Boynton Beach and I chose this company because I thought I saw the vehicle somewhere before. Bryan the tech was very professional, he was late, but explained that the office should have called to let us know that he ran into some difficulties. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator, he showed the device to me, the Relay device burnt out and he replaced it in no time. I was very happy with the service rendered and how prompt AAA was in sending a technician over, that's the kind of service we were looking for. From now forward AAA Appliance is our go to Repair company. I highly recommend them.

Paid $985 to repair a Scotsman ice machine. They came back a couple of times when the machine was not improved. The manager quit taking my calls and did not refund my money. Also they were never prompt about when they were going to come out. Don’t use these people.

The tech came in and checked it out. He said that they could replace it but that it would take a day or two to get the unit. He presented me a bill for a $125 service charge. I paid it. He left. Then 30 minutes after he left I get a text that they could not replace the unit. I found another service provider the next day. He came in and checked it out and found an exact replacement at a local Home Depot and replaced it. His whole process took 2 hours. I want my money back from AAA

Was quoted $165 for a service call to replace a socket and fuse on fridge and microwave. The technician was here for maybe 45 minutes totall, and was rude and unprofessional. When he left he invoiced me for $400. I decided not to make a big deal about it and paid the invoice. A few hours later the microwave stopped working again. A quick search on youtube showed me what the issue was and I fixed it in 30 minutes. Tried to get a refund for at least the microwave labor portion but they wouldn't call me back. Steer clear - too many other good businesses to give your money to.

I had AAA come out to look at a Bosch dishwasher that had stopped working. The guy spent a few minutes looking at it and declared that he couldn't do anything. Said that rats had probably chewed through the wiring, charged $125 for the visit, and said to let them know if I wanted a new one. After he left I tilted the washer on its side and immediately noticed that the wires leading to the water valve had broken. I took out my trusty soldering gun and repaired the wires in a few minutes. The machine is working fine now! Don't use these people. Seems like from my experience as well as others that they only want to make a quick $125 (and sell new units) without having to actually do anything.

The overall attitude of the service technician was poor and unprofessional. He arrived late, with a bad attitude and gave the impression that he didn't want to be bothered by questions. Contacted the company to inform them of my experience, they were apologetic and offered a free service call for my next repair. However, I will not be using them again.

AAA Appliance was exceptional; from the woman who helped me with the appointment and knew what she was doing! to the superior service rep, Jose, who was professional, experienced and shared with me what he was doing and why. I will DEFINITELY be using AAA Appliance for all future needs with all of my appliances. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the quality of the work.

Went well with the excellent serviceman. However, the price I paid was over $220.00 to install a part that retailed for around $85 and the service was completed in less than one hour. That makes the hourly rate somewhere around $170 which I think is outrageous. On my initial call I was told the service call was $75 and is reimbursable if item repaired. When I called the office to complain and ask the hourly rate, I was told it varied per hour depending upon what was repaired. I would NEVER recommend this company since their pricing is out of site. They were friendly before the call and very hostile when I called about the exorbitant hourly charge. I also asked to have the owner call me to discuss and since I never heard from him after 4 days, I decided they deserved my expression of dissatisfaction in a written review. The man who came to service the unit, JR was friendly, knowledgeable, clean and efficient.

Another company wanted to charge me over $1200,00 to fix my broken ice machine and do an overall cleaning. After I sent them away, I called AAA and they came the promptly the next day. In short, They serviced my Sub Zero , cleaned it , checked all systems and unclogged my ice maker that wasn't broken afterall. Total cost? $150.00. Our service man couldn't have been nicer, more professional and knowledgeable ....They have a new customer for life!

Not good, actually poor. On the first visit (for which I was charged the normal service charge) the problem was diagnosed as a level indicator malfunction and would take a few days to get the part, as it was available locally. However, it turns out the part was not available locally (which I had to call over a week later to find out) and AAA Appliance would call to set up a date. The technician arrived a few days later and replaced the part to find out it was not the problem and it was most likely the "Main Board". It would be a few days to get the part and would take 20 minutes to replace. Again, I had to call to find out the part was delayed and was quoted $200.00 to replace the "Main Board". The technician arrived again a few days later to inform me the quote did not include labor and the "new" quote was $269+. I assumed (since it would take only 20 minutes to replace) the original service charge would be deducted from the "new" quote. Turns out the "new" quote already deducted the service charge and I was being charged $155.00 for 20 minutes of labor. This, in my opinion was an attempt to recoup the misdiagnosed service call previously made (at no charge according to the technician). If not, $155.00 for 20 minutes labor is outrageous and taking advantage of the customer. I will not be utilizing AAA Appliance in the future and will inform everyone not to use them, as well. It should be noted the problems with this repair were not the technician's, but due to customer service, through poor communication, improper quotes and taking advantage of a customer.

They're excellent, absolutely excellent! He got everything running and working well.
He's just so nice. He knows his stuff, he really does. I had him look at a couple other things while he was here. My washer was fixed like a year ago and it still makes noise, he saw what they did and he said "just run it till it dies". He said the cost to fix it, your better off buying a new one.
He came up with a way to get around my problem. I have temperature controls and noticed one kept going down. It was the seal where the ice comes down, so if I used the ice maker the seal wouldn't close up. I would have to replace the door to fix it. He said at this point I should get a new refrigerator. He showed me how to push it shut if I use the ice maker.
I took that press n seal saran wrap and put that on the opening on the inside, and I have had no problems keeping the temperature up. I have had no problem. They did a great job. He was very informative and gave me really good advice. They were great and out here quickly. They were really quick on getting back to you and getting out here. Honesty, I mean I thought he was very honest. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. That stands out especially in Florida. They try to sell you everything under the sun.

Initial call was for leaky refrigerator - Received call at 8am to confirm appt. - Service man arrives and tells me I need a part that had to be ordered and would return to install...
Following week for installation, no confirmation call...Waited nearly 3 hours for service man before I called company - was told by obnoxious receptionist that he could not make it and when asked why I was not notified, she said "the girl was going to call you next" -3 hours after my appointment time (I scheduled accordingly as I was promised '1st call' " Still needed the refrigerator fixed so I rescheduled again for a '1st call' appt...
this time I called myself to confirm at 9am - same obnoxious receptionist answers and tells me service man will be there in about 1+ hours even though first call was at 9am...when I asked why, her response is "You are his first call, whenever he gets here (WPB)" When I asked why I was offered a 9am time slot, she responded that I'm still his first call but he arrives when he can...I understand there's window of time (which as a physician, I think I should incorporate myself - Yes Mrs. Jones, your appt is between 9-12pm or whenever I feel like coming in)...
Obviously I cancelled the service, was out $85 from the initial visit and now have to hire another company...I would LOVE a response from the company owner as the receptionist was useless!!!
