He's just so nice. He knows his stuff, he really does. I had him look at a couple other things while he was here. My washer was fixed like a year ago and it still makes noise, he saw what they did and he said "just run it till it dies". He said the cost to fix it, your better off buying a new one.
He came up with a way to get around my problem. I have temperature controls and noticed one kept going down. It was the seal where the ice comes down, so if I used the ice maker the seal wouldn't close up. I would have to replace the door to fix it. He said at this point I should get a new refrigerator. He showed me how to push it shut if I use the ice maker.
I took that press n seal saran wrap and put that on the opening on the inside, and I have had no problems keeping the temperature up. I have had no problem. They did a great job. He was very informative and gave me really good advice. They were great and out here quickly. They were really quick on getting back to you and getting out here. Honesty, I mean I thought he was very honest. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. That stands out especially in Florida. They try to sell you everything under the sun.

Following week for installation, no confirmation call...Waited nearly 3 hours for service man before I called company - was told by obnoxious receptionist that he could not make it and when asked why I was not notified, she said "the girl was going to call you next" -3 hours after my appointment time (I scheduled accordingly as I was promised '1st call' " Still needed the refrigerator fixed so I rescheduled again for a '1st call' appt...
this time I called myself to confirm at 9am - same obnoxious receptionist answers and tells me service man will be there in about 1+ hours even though first call was at 9am...when I asked why, her response is "You are his first call, whenever he gets here (WPB)" When I asked why I was offered a 9am time slot, she responded that I'm still his first call but he arrives when he can...I understand there's window of time (which as a physician, I think I should incorporate myself - Yes Mrs. Jones, your appt is between 9-12pm or whenever I feel like coming in)...
Obviously I cancelled the service, was out $85 from the initial visit and now have to hire another company...I would LOVE a response from the company owner as the receptionist was useless!!!
