Mike was on time, professional, humble, realistic, trustworthy, truthful and a hard worker. Mike is very knowledgeable in his trade with safety as his number one goal. He explained what type of garage opener including the springs that we had. We knew we had a very old system. He explained what he would be able to do for us to fix our problem with no pressure. We now have a very quiet and modern garage door opener and no springs!!!
