After inspecting my doors, Jordan said he could remove them, replace the rollers and re-install them. He quoted a labor price of $2600 (2 active doors, 2 fixed doors). I said I would think about it and call him. He then reduced the price to $2000 if I accepted the proposal that day and put up a deposit of $1000. I did and he came back 2 days later with a helper to do the work. After a few minutes, he then said he couldn?t remove the doors and just adjusted the existing rollers with a screwdriver. One door was better, the other was worse. He did not replace any of the trim he removed and did not replace the cap he removed to insert his screwdriver. He refunded only half of my deposit even though he did not do any of the work he promised. I think the whole thing was a scam. I should have seen it when he do quickly lowered the price for a quick decision. He would make a good used car salesman. He was not so good at repairing the sliding glass doors, though. $500 for 10 min actual work.

The work was extremely expensive and, in trying to get the door to slide well, some minor damage was done to the visible part of the track. I get the cost of labor and the expertise required to get everything right and well adjusted, but I was charged an excessive amount for the rollers themselves. From what I can find online, I was charged 10 times what the rollers cost. I'd have given a 3 out of 5 if either the price had been better or they had not damaged my track (again, minor damage). But with both, I have to give a 2.

It was bad enough that the labor cost for replacing my roller on one door was more than my cardiologist visit today, but the doors, my lanai deck and my mats were left with grease stains. A drop cloth to protect my home and clean work gloves are easy fixes for any service man. A job that I thought was going to be $200-$250 cost $600 (and that is after a $99 coupon. Yes the door slides with my pinky now but it should have been done with much more care and substantially cheaper..

Work was done acceptably but the process and straightforward billing information was not something we would recommend!

Wow ....excellent. Called late afternoon and not only did they respond immediately , they explained everything that may be needed for our issue and estimated prices .Then came out to give exact price and fixed on the spot . Didn't have time to get other estimates but didn't need to because they were worth every penny. Thankyou Jordan and Johnathon....five star ð service .

Jordan and Jonathan were knowledgeable, courteous & punctual. They did a great job explaining what repair my doors needed and were quick to get the job done. I would recommend them 100%! My doors now slide without me using all my muscle!!

Johnathan and Jordan was very helping with my screens on my sliding glass door. It took them literally 5 minutes to figure out the issue. They took care u of it in a timely manner.
