"There sales-rep knew his business; however, the description of what is being installed left some minor questions during the actual install. The wife was disappointed in having a filter under the kitchen sink, even though it was agreed upon. and the outside tanks were not buried as deep as was described during the sales pitch. However, we are completely happen with the results of our full-house water filtering/soften system."

"Great company to work with if you have ANY water issues at all in your home. We purchased the biggest bundle and could not be happier. Our water is softer, meaning I have to scrub the showers less (YAY!) and our drinking water is safer. 10/10 would recommend."

"We loved working with the team at OPM. Chris went above and beyond in communicating with our family, answering many questions and being patient along the way. He never used high-pressure sales tactics and was prompt and personable. We ultimately selected OPM over other competitors because of the way we were treated - as a human with real concerns about our water and wanting to provide the best for our family. Additionally, we were provided a fair price with a quality product. The installation technician Bowe, was professional and personable - we enjoyed working with him on the day of installation. We are enjoying having delicious water in our home we can drink straight from tap without concern."

"I was very pleased with the service I received from A Plus. I have a well and over the period of the last few weeks, we had developed a slight cloudiness in our water. When Paul (A Plus representative) came out, he tested for various contaminents and determined that I had an iron oxide problem. Little did I know, I already had a system in place to correct this, but it had not been running since we bought the house two years prior. Paul cleaned everything up, got the system running and now we have crystal clear water again. He was here for several hours and spent time with me to show me how to keep the system going. Professional. Honest."

"Chris and John did a fantastic job installing our whole-home water filtration system, along with the RO system under the sink. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. We couldn’t be happier — the water feels noticeably softer and tastes amazing!"
