AVOID Mill's Well Drilling AT ALL COSTS! They are extremely rude and DO NOT CARE about their customers! Came out to do a repair ($300 that they'd already fixed once) and failed to remind us that this repair will likely blow up soon unless we fix the bleeder valve- felt NO responsibility to tell us that (bc they mentioned it casually a yr ago)! So call Mill's if you'd like their help in lighting some of your money on fire! The repair we had done a month ago is BROKEN and they say too bad so sad!!

Much better than expected. Robert came to evaluate the pump and had it repaired within hours and had water flowing back into the pond. Robert was professional and as friendly a service tech I have ever met. Great company, good people, good price. What more could you ask for?

Our old well caved in the week before a holiday party. YIKES! We contacted Mills and they called right back. They came out to check things over and told us they had to finish up another job. Once completed they came out and drilled the well before the party. They were pleasant and professional. They also came when the inspector arrived. Everything worked well.

Woke up, no water. Panic (of course). Checked on Angie's List because I couldn't remember who we used last to repair pump problem. (Have been lucky with few pump problems in last two homes.)
Saw Mill's and remembered that name. Called. They knew exactly where we were because they have installed almost all the wells in our neighborhood. Told me they would have someone out in about an hour.
Technician was here within an hour, as promised. He figured out what was wrong within minutes. Not long after, pump fixed. Water restored. Yay!
Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
He put a sticker on my tank after he finished the work so I won't have to worry about remembering name of company, so no worries next time.
Very happy.

Well pump went out and I called Mills around noon, the gentleman on the phone stated it may be a while, but someone would be by today. An hour later a serviceman was checking AND fixing the well at the well pump. He came to the door when he was done with the job, which took less than 30 minutes. We'll be keep their number just in case anything happens with the well pump in the future. Very impressed!

Robert Bramlett of Mills Well Drilling, Tallahassee, FL provided us great service that went above and beyond what was required. What could be worse than coming to the end of a hot day working outside around the house to find you do not have any water pressure? We placed an after-hours call to Mills Well Drilling and Robert said he could be there in a couple hours. He showed up in a timely fashion. He quickly identified the problem and went about replacing the defective components. In addition, he identified other components that had been damaged secondarily or were showing signs of excess wear and replaced these. The whole time, he patiently fielded our questions, explaining the workings of the well/pump/pressure tank and giving us advice on
how to care for and monitor the system. He is not only a proficient service technician, he is a great teacher. If we have any issues with our well or water system in the future, our first call will be to Mills Well Drilling.

They definitely response quickly. Our pump went out on a Saturday morning, we called him, and he showed up within 2 hours to repair the pump. He explained what he saw the problem was before he started at it, diagnosed it, and I was pleasant. He proceeded and it turned out it needed additional item that needed to be replaced and he informed me prior to installing it. Everything worked out very well. He didn't make any mess but he cleaned up the parts that was replaced and cleaned the area. He told me the price when he came out. They put in the well originally 14 years ago and every time we have a problem, we call them.

I have used Mills Well Drilling in the past and have always found them very responsive, thorough and professional. This time was no different. After the really hard freeze, our pump would not shut off unless I reset the breaker. I called Mills and they came out that day. Robert showed up and advised the bleeder valve blew and would require pulling the well head to replace as it was down in the well. This required that I first get a tree company in to trim the trees at least 35' over the well. After thinking about all that was involved to pull the pipe, I decided to replace the pump since we had never done so. Turns out this was a wise choice as it was the original pump from when the house was built plus, the check valve on the pump had blown out. Mills called the day before to make sure the tree work was completed and to confirm our appointment. They arrived 45 minutes early and were done in 1.5 hours. The section of pipe that was replaced was because of rust (extra cost). He installed a new control box inside the garage (included), checked the pressure switch on the water tank and flushed the pipe before connecting it to the house. They removed the old pipe and wire though asked if I wanted it. .

Woke up Sunday morning with no water. I ran some tests to the best of my ability and determined the pump was getting power, but not turning on. I called Mill's Well Drilling at 8:30 am on Sunday and he said he would be out around noon to confirm that the pump was no good. He showed up on time and ran a test to determine that the pump was going to dead short, confirming that it was burned up. The well is located inside a brick building and I told him I would have a hole in the ceiling and the roof by 9:00 am the next day. He showed up at 9:00 am on Monday morning and had the new pump installed and working before noon. He rigged up a temporary pipe to run outside the building and ran the pump for about 30 minutes to make sure the water was clear before allowing any water to go into the storage tank. I was very pleased with his care and professionalism.

I ignored a very slight drip from the pressure valve on the side of my well water holding tank because it didn't drip enough to cover the bottom of a bucket. Suddenly, I thought to check the bucket and it was overflowing and flooding my utility room. This company responded very quickly and had it fixed within minutes. The servicemen were very considerate and took the time to educate me on how the system works. They even helped me solve another mystery related to my hot water tank. I guess it takes repairs like this to really learn a new home! Afterward, my neighbor told me I called the right company!

It was quick service. It went out in the middle of the night. They came before noon and changed out the shorted out power head and got me running again.
