I needed to replace a 23-year-old A/C unit, and I was looking for something more energy efficient in the Carrier Infinity line. I knew I would be paying more for the equipment, but the high-efficiency unit would also require new duct work to be run in my attic. The whole project took 3.5 days to complete (removing old equipment and ductwork, new pad for outdoor unit, running new copper, building new ductwork, minor electrical). The crew was efficient and did things the way they should be done, with minimal mess and inconvenience. Though the initial cost was more than I had anticipated because new ductwork was required, I am very pleased with the results. The Barineau crews know what they are doing.

They did an excellent job. A very good operation for the quality. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. The system works beautifully. The workmanship was excellent and the crew was very professional. I really have no complains.

I buy an annual contract. They had redid the whole house with heating and air when I needed it done.

I have had very good experience with. They did what I wanted. It was good.

Tech was polite, informative and knowledgeable of work performed. He kept me informed of all that was going on.

The scheduling and friendliness of the technician and the time he took and explained things to me. It was an excellent experience.

The check up took about 45 minutes. They clean and it check all the outputs and everything.

It was reasonable, I didn't get a lot of quotes but it was compatible from the one or two other quotes I did get.

They took away my old components and they cleaned up the job site afterwards so it looked like you know they hadn't even been there.

The whole process went extremely well, they did have to do some custom fabrication for the closet that the air handler went in so something along those lines.

Everything was done on time and within the quoted budget. Installers were professional, polite, and worked efficiently.

Yesterday  I was frustrated and hot and complained about Barineau's products and service. Before the end of the day, they were working to make things right. I have been around a long time and I have never received such customer service and care. They are going above and beyond to make things right. I don't know about the other complaints. They responded to my complaint quickly and effectively (and the fix required a great deal of money and effort on their part). BARINEAU FOLLOWS THROUGH AND DOES A GREAT JOB!

Purchasing a replacement heating and air-conditioning system is one of the larger maintenance expenses for a
homeowner. It is costly and will require service throughout the life of the system. We considered the system?s
efficiency, quality, cost, and reliability, as well as the service we might expect from the seller. Additionally, we
researched extensively and got quotes from multiple companies before deciding to go with Barineau Heating
and Air-Conditioning. We were not disappointed. Barineau answered our many questions in great detail and
with patience.
When it came time for the installation, the crew showed up on time, and they were professional, courteous, and
respectful of our home. Given that we replaced our duct system as well as furnaces and AC units, it took
approximately one week to complete the work. We were pleased with the quality of the installation, and the
quality of the Carrier high efficiency furnaces and AC units. We feel that we made the right decision to go
with Barineau, and we would gladly recommend them to others in the future.

Audio Missing.

Horrible experience! The technician was on his cell phone most of the job trying to straighten out his own personal traffic dispute while on the job. He did very little work vacuumed some water out of a drainage pipe and refilled coolant. His inspection revealed that I would have to replace some copper tubing. The visit cost almost 500 dollars and upon a second opinion with a competitor they fixed the problem for 179 dollars and told me the tubing was fine. My A/C works great now no thanks to Barineau.
