"We loved working with the team at OPM. Chris went above and beyond in communicating with our family, answering many questions and being patient along the way. He never used high-pressure sales tactics and was prompt and personable. We ultimately selected OPM over other competitors because of the way we were treated - as a human with real concerns about our water and wanting to provide the best for our family. Additionally, we were provided a fair price with a quality product. The installation technician Bowe, was professional and personable - we enjoyed working with him on the day of installation. We are enjoying having delicious water in our home we can drink straight from tap without concern."
