We loved working with the team at OPM. Chris went above and beyond in communicating with our family, answering many questions and being patient along the way. He never used high-pressure sales tactics and was prompt and personable. We ultimately selected OPM over other competitors because of the way we were treated - as a human with real concerns about our water and wanting to provide the best for our family. Additionally, we were provided a fair price with a quality product. The installation technician Bowe, was professional and personable - we enjoyed working with him on the day of installation. We are enjoying having delicious water in our home we can drink straight from tap without concern.

The gentleman was very cooperative in working out the time of installation to suit our need; was very courteous and thorough. We are very satisfied with his work and have confidence in him.
