"Excellent! To begin, Mark was punctual. After showing him the screen panel to be replaced, I asked if it would not be too much of a problem to give me a quote for the entire patio. He said, "No problem at all; I can have that for you in just a few minutes." After getting the quote, I decided to have all the screens replaced, but I was not sure if Mark would be able to at that time. Mark called Matt, the owner, and they were able to juggle their schedule to accommodate the longer time needed for a complete installation. In minutes, Mark was clearing the area and began to get his tools and materials. From time to time I would check to see how Mark was doing. He was very organized, took care and pride in his work, and protected our patio furniture as if it was his own. Note: He laid all the old screens and scraps in one neat pile for easy clean-up.
