Aaron Dunham at Clearview Window Cleaning & Screen Repair has been cleaning our gutters every two months for 3 years (we have a lot of trees with falling pine needles) and also occasionally power washes lanai, and washes windows/screes, can repair screens and gutters. He does a great job and the workers who accompany him are professional and do a great job. Several neighbors have also started using his services in our development.

Aaron did a great job.  He came to the house about 5:30 PM and went right to work.  He removed approximately 60 lbs. of leaves from the gutters collecting them in a bag as he cleaned the gutters to prevent them from spilling into the flower beds.  He even swept the walks when he was done.  Great job and we plan to have him return to clean the windows and power wash the house in early Nov.

They arrived in a timely fashion, cleaned all the windows inside & out. They did a good job.

The estimate was done quickly which allowed me to let the job promptly. The work was done without delay.

Another great job by Aaron and crew.  It is always a pleasure to have them!  I have referred many friends to him, and everyone is always happy with their work!
As usual, they were on time, friendly and courteous.  They advertise that they are "fair and honest" and I believe that to be true.  They have been doing my windows for the past 6 years and I would not consider anyone else.  Aaron is a local lifetime resident, and that says a lot.  Very clean cut American people!!

Aaron and his assistant showed up to work at the time agreed and went to  work immediately.    I found both men to be pleasant and professional.   In addition the original work plan they assisted me in uncrating, moving and setting up bedroom furniture and adjusting other light fixtures.    Would and will definately use Clearview again.

My experience with them went fine.  I was pretty satisfied with them.  I liked their promptness, professionalism and their workmanship.

Today Aaron and his helper came on time in the morning of 6/2/2014. I liked
that the helper when cleaning the gutters took plastic bags with him up
on the roof to clean the gutters and put the debris directly into the
bags and did not toss gutter debris on the ground/lawn.  By putting the
debris directly into plastic bags while on the roof there was no mess on
the ground/lawn at all for them to clean up.  Cleaning the two gutters
cost me $80.  and I paid an additional $50 to have the algae cleaned off
the sofet of the detached garage.  In the past with other gutter and
window cleaning vendors,  I have had problems with staff (who are not
the owner) tossing gutter debris on the ground and then picking it up..
but it still leaves a mess on the lawn. Aaron also provided service
today to two of my neighbors in our development.   I am going to have
him come back every two months to clean the gutters because he did a
great job and we have many pine trees on our property and the pine
needles build up quickly in the gutters.

Ultimately my experience with them was okay.  There were some issues that Angie's List helped me resolve.  Initially it was pretty bad and they didn't do a very good job.  They had to come back and fix several things.  The quality of work was poor.  It wasn't until I called them and also got Angie's List resolution process involved after which they came back and repaired the work that was poor quality.  He drilled several holes in the aluminum in the wrong places and the latch didn't work correctly.  It wasn't a very good job.  He took a lot longer just as he did appear to do the job and then to come back.

He seemed to be straight up. His prices were good. His work was satisfactory.

They worked long and hard to get out windows clean.  They did the job and did not charge extra.  Our windows and screens needed TLC and they got it and more.  I highly recommend this company.

PREVIOUSLY DID WINDOW CLEANING AT MY HOUSE.  CALLED ARRON TO SET UP A SUBSEQUENT APPOINTMENT          DATE AND TIME AGREEDED.   ON SCHEDULED DATE,  AARON DID NOT SHOW OR ANSWER HIS PHONE.  AN F IS IN ORDER FOR THIS CONDUCT.  I SEE A PREVIOUS REVIEW HAD THE SAME RESULT.  MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH AARON WAS SATISFACTORY.  WHY HIRE ANYONE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE???????????????????????????????

I am not sure why, or how, Aaron, of Clearview Window Cleaning and Screen Repair was given an F by a customer.  It HAD to be a misunderstanding, as I found Aaron to be responsible, fair and an all around good guy.

We called Aaron on Saturday and arranged for him to come out at 9 am on Monday July 9th. He called us first thing Monday morning to let us know he couln't make it until the afternoon. We really appreciated the call as we've had several contractors in the past just not bother to show up with no notification to us. He arrived around `12:30 and did the work quickly and to our satisfaction. He first tried to use some screening we already had but it wasn't large enough so he provided the screening. I'm sure we'll have future torn screens and when we do we will not hesitate to call Aaron.

I greatly appreciated the fact that the owner (can't recall his name) measured and re-measured everything several times before final installation and, in fact, made his assistant re-screen two of the frames that he felt did not fit precisely enough.Last, he asked me to inspect his work before he left, cleaned up each work area and was not pushy when offering additional services. 

Every job he has done, he has done well. I would recommend Aaron for any type of handyman job you need done. Overall I am very satisfied.

I emailed Arron through the Angies listing which he failed to see. I called him direct which is the best way to reach Aaron. He came on a Sat to do an estimate which I agreed to. He and a helper arrived on schedule and completed work as scheduled.

During the cleaning process i had to keep asking if they did this windows, did that window, etc.  The reason of poor quality to each window depending upon the calcium on the window from the sprinkler system.
If these guys are professional window washers then they should know how to clean windows and what solutions are needed.  They didn't have any of these hard water products on their vehicle.

Very poor quality at cleaning.  I search the internet and purchased my own hard water cleaning agent for windows.  I rubbed on window and windows look brand spanking new.

So, to date no one has called to replace my broken screens, bring me my new screen door nor come back to clean hard water spots off windows like they said they would.

I did not get them through Angie's List. He was excellent. A majority of the work was done in the end of September. He was a type of handyman. He did all sorts of things for me. My experience with him was excellent and I would recommend him. He did all the work. His prices were good. He was honest and sincere. I think that those people are harder to come by.
