After having recv'd a quote from here on A-L from another company for $100 more AND 50% down..and that it'd take a week or 2 to happen, I got a quote from Cape Coral Glass & Mirror. Family member came out to quote (son of the founder & had been in the business for 30 years his own self) and said no money down and could get it (the tempered 'scalloped' glass) cut, baked and installed in just a few days!     I hate this term because it' so overused but for me it was a no brain-er.

Job took less than an hour and the crew (2) did a great job and cleaned up perfectly; was polite and professional.

I broke my sliding door glass this morning. Called at 10:00 am, they showed up at 1:00 pm, and were done by 2:00 pm. Awesome response!! Both the office and field staff were professional and friendly. I hope I never need this type of repair again, but if I do I'm only making one phone call. Thanks so much!!

Marianne who runs the office is very efficient and organized. They showed up when they said they would and installed the glass at a fair price. 
The installer can seem like a bit of a curmudgeon but trying to get him to talk and smile actually provided extra amusement for me. He is skilled and neat so no complaints.

I had to use them about 8 years ago and I happened to find them in just the Yellow Pages. They sent two workers out. They were really prompt. They came out when they said they were going to come out.  It took them maybe an hour and a half to do the whole job. They left the area perfectly. It was all cleaned up. I think the price is about normal.

Extra tall and thick sliding glass doors are beautiful and well made. Excellent appearance and exceptionally neat job!

I brought them a cracked pane of glass and they provided a replacement the next day.  Very nice customer service rep.

Fantastic!  Due to a "maintenance malfunction", I completely shattered the glass in one our patio sliding doors.  I phoned at around noon.  They were there by 3pm (same day).  And completed the job in about 15-20 minutes.  They know their craft very well. Thanks to these good folks for coming out on such short notice.  The guys were very informative and helpful providing information and advice.  I would certainly use them again.

Very helpful, providing both pattern material and instructions.  The service was quick, and the reasonable price topped off the pleasant experience of placing a perfectly fitting protective glass top on the credenza.
