Deceptive work practice. Took 8 months to start project. Poor communication. Sway from contract promises. It was one of the worst experiences.

I called this company at 9am Tuesday morning, after the storm and it was repaired by 1:30 pm the same day. I never expected same day service, especially after the hurricane, but was thrilled to receive it! Macy was very courteous on the phone, Chris was professional giving his estimate, and the two repairmen were so polite and worked quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

Arrived as scheduled, worked at good pace ( not always texting while working like others) and they stand by their work to make sure you're 100% happy. Highly recommend

If you are looking for top notch service and quality, Chris Mays at All About Aluminum can deliver.  His team replaced all the screens on a 15 year old lanai in five hours from start to finish.  They did a fine job and left the lanai area completely cleaned. The price for the job was also a great price.  If you want a quote, do call Chris Mays' phone number -- as he doesn't always receive messages through Angie's List. 

Chris came out and gave us an estimate and we agreed for him to do the job. Then we went thru a long process to get approved to get a building permit. After some health problems with us the job got started. The work was completed in steps, due to concrete drying and inspections. There were some changes made by the building inspector, which were corrected. The drain changes didn't make sense but we're done. Then it rained. There was a leak in the corner where the gutter connected. We talked to Chris about fixing it. He said that he would, but we never heard from him again. I tried contacting him by phone and text. Messages were left but never returned. I did that over a course of several months. The work was done, satisfactorly, but follow up is non existent. I even told him I would write a bad review. That didn't seem to matter.

All About Aluminum a) provided a detailed proposal, b) showed up in a timely manner, and c) did excellent work. We took bids for this job from 2 other services, they were not the lowest but all were within a $200 range and All About Aluminum was the only one that provided a written proposal.  They were also the only one to offer inspection of the existing bolts, screws and cables plus installation of new bronze door hardware and sweeps for the doors.

Showed up on time,after taking out the old screen he realized that the palm trees in the planters were so overgrown that they wouldn't be able to re-screen that area. I'd planned on replacing them in the future , so he and his crew helped me take them down & haul everything to the curb. No complaints, no extra charge... nice guys. And the pool cage looks great now!

When workers arrived they went to work immediately.  They were careful about removing old screen and rolled it up as they went along.  Measured and installed new screening and were very careful not to harm plants or any surrounding areas.  Workers were courteous and efficient.  Installation went well.  They inspected all areas of work.  Replaced hardware on the doors and made sure they worked correctly.  The owner came around to inspect as well and consult with workers.  
Finished work is great.  We would definitely recommend All About Aluminum and Screen because of their price, courtesy, efficiency and expertise.

Chris answered the phone on my first attempt to call, then was able to come out the same day to give a quote. The quote was close to others I had received, but was a few dollars less. Once I explained to Chris I was having my roof redone too, he offered to come before they started and stilt up the cage to help make sure the roofers could get to everything. He worked the roofers and I and did a great job completing everything on time and looking good.

I e-mailed Chris on Sunday the 15th, he called on the 16th, gave me a very affordable bid on the 17th and the job was completed on the 19th. After dealing with many people who simply abandoned the job because it was too difficult, Chris was a breath of professional fresh air. He arrived on time and went straight to work. Chris is an innovator. One panel was in a difficult place to reattach, he figured it out and it is good as new. I will never hire anyone else.

Three employees arrived at our home at 0800 on June 5, 2014, and introduced themselves. Pat, the project lead, discussed the proposed scope of work and requested if I had decided on an option for $95.00 to replace one of the aluminum screen doors in the enclosure.  I confirmed this addition.  Chris Mays arrived during the second hour of work to inspect and by 1300, the job was completed.
I had opted for pressure cleaning of the aluminum structure components, $75.00, and the team not only pressured cleaned, they wiped the entire surfaces with towels to ensure total cleaning.
I am so happy that I took the advice of others on Angie's List to  hire this company for the work required.  When you hire this company don't forget a bit of "lagniappe" for the team members upon completion of the work.
The work contract includes a three year warranty.

He came out, gave us a quote which we accepted.  He was here two days later and did the work in a short time and the work was excellent.  He kept the price very reasonable.  I would use him again anytime I need his services.
