Updated review: Screenmobile replaced my TV am very happy with the finished product

Broke my new tv in the process of installing the screens then wouldn’t take responsibility

Do not ever hire this company to provide you screens for your windows. my screens were installed on 10/13/21. the gentleman installed them and said if problems occurred please call back. on 10/23 i went to walk my dog, and noticed the screen from the upstairs window had fallen. i then panicked because i have two cats- my children. one had gotten out because of this product. he was missing. i was panicking. my cat did not claw it; there are no claw marks. we had no inclement weather. i spent the next 40 hours living my worst nightmare. i paid for advertisements, printed posters, walked the neighborhood, spent two nights outside looking for him. we finally found him. he had an injury to the eye. i took him to the vet on Monday 10/26/2021. it was yet another expense i had to incur, but this is my child. i tried calling screensmobile on saturday to inform them. since they are not opened i left an urgent message. i called back again on monday. the receptionist said that the manager or owner was not in that day, but they would take my message and respond on tuesday. i never received a call on Tuesday morning. i called again, and spoke to the former owner who relayed the message to the current owner. the owner did not even have the common decency to call me directly and instead sent me an email. the company did refund my money, but would not even help cover the unexpected expenses i had incurred. he said it was unreasonable and called it extortion. i informed him i would be writing a frank review regarding his customer service. if i had a human child, that child would have fallen out of the second story window likely mortally injuring himself on the railing and stairs below. i will post pictures of the property and how perilous the fall is later today. if you are a pet owner or someone who wants screens that are truly secure, do not use this company. i have suffered mentally and physically from this ordeal and would never have ever considered using them had i known this is the outcome. again, use literally anyone else.

I trust that whatever billing/communication I get from a provider is correct. I learned months later that I supposedly owned additional funds after being told by an employee that I was paid in full.I could not verify because my old bank account after the divorce was closed and my paperwork was in storage and so i am paying again. Mistakes happen but the rudeness is not acceptable or threats Beware.

Hired them many times. Did good work. To build new screens for windows, charged $47/window. Also hired them to re-screen our screened-in porch. Did very nice work on that. I would definitely hire them again.

I found ScreenMobile very professional. They are busy so I had to wait a couple of weeks but it was worth the wait. The technician was very professional and performed his job with excellence. He was also a friendly guy and it's nice to have someone who is in your home polite, warm and friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

It went well, employee did an excellent job. I had this repaired approximately 4 years ago, I cant remember the exact date.

The installer did his job well. The sales associate on the phone oversold the "pet screens" and their durability, but that is to be expected. It is a screen so they can only be so durable and still affordable.

Excellent great job

John showed up ahead of schedule. He was polite and professional. I didn't know what to expect for a mobile screen truck but he had everything he needed to replace 6 screens and make 5 new screens with frames. He was quick to get the job done and made paying very easy. The house looks great. Thank you for a great experience.

It went great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs even one screen, just go to home depot and see what a pain it is and not to mention a costly special order.
