"Alfonso made an amazing job with my sliding glass doors at home, after a renovation at home my doors were stuck and stones were on the tracks it was a real mess. "After purchasing my home, I completely remodeled it from top to bottom, including the roof, flooring, bathrooms, showers, closets, windows, doors, kitchen, and more. Out of every contractor and company I worked with throughout the entire renovation, Locktight has been the best by far. Their attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and willingness to find solutions to make sure everything is done exactly the way I wanted truly set them apart. I’ve never been more satisfied with a company than I have been with Locktight. What impressed me even more was their communication. Multiple members of the Locktight team followed up with me throughout the project to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was completely happy with the final result. I would recommend Locktight 1,000 out of 1,000 times to my family, friends, clients, and anyone looking for high-quality window and door replacements. They exceeded my expectations in every way."

"I interviewed close to 10 companies to have hurricane windows installed at my townhouse. I have 5 windows and 2 sliding glass doors that needed replacement. Many of the companies that came out wanted to do a 2 hour presentation on their windows and a strong sales pitch. Prices ranged as high as $21,000.00 I was disillusioned about having the work done till one of my friends told me to contact East Coast Windows & Doors Inc as she had worked with them last year to replace windows at her home. Well, all I can say is that I am so glad I did. I met with Ed the owner who is a straight shooter and honorable man. They were prompt and professional. I got a great product and a great price. They have their own installation team and do not subcontract the installation as so many companies do. Ravi and his team were exceptional! And despite the fact that it rained the day of the installation the work was done with high quality and care for my needs. All in all, their are a lot of companies out there doing this work , but many are rip off's! Yet, if you contact and work with East Coast Windows & Doors Inc, you will be treated with respect and get great service!"

"Very professional, quick to respond; the sliding door was fixed the same day, quickly and without any problems. Strongly recommend if you need door repairs."

"These guys are FAST and EFFICIENT! I submitted a request for info and received a call in just over 1 hour. Jeff was very helpful and was able to set an appointment with a technician. Peter gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. He arrived within the quoted time period. He was very clear in explaining why my garage door made so much noise. He performed some maintenance and was gone 25 minutes later. My garage door now opens and closes with minimal noise. This company is excellent with their response time, customer service, and professionalism. A+"
