"Rick was all the time in contact with me, he answered immediately many questions, and that gives you reliability. He was very punctual, responsible and uses sophisticated equipment. I had all color of mold and he gave me back a perfectly clean apartment. He also brought a person to clean and repair the AC. He fulfilled all the building s requirements as well as the insurance requests of photos and reports. This was my first time in Angi, and it was wonderful."

"I recently hired water floods to address a persistent mold issue in my home, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to inspect the affected areas thoroughly, explained the cause of the mold growth, and walked me through their remediation plan in a way that was easy to understand."

"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"I had a great experience with these professionals who explained the nature of the job, worked around my schedule, ensured my family’s comfort and safety, and completed the job ahead of schedule. I would recommend EnviroPro to anyone looking for quality mold remediation work."

"After dealing with several companies in the past, this was by far one of the most honest and professional mold remediation companies I?ve worked with in Miami. They were able to send an inspector the very same day, which was extremely helpful. The inspection was thorough, and everything was explained clearly from the beginning without any pressure or surprises. The remediation crew was professional, respectful, and paid close attention to detail. Every day they left the work area clean and organized, and all technicians wore shoe covers to protect our home. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. If you?re looking for a trustworthy company for mold removal services in Miami, I highly recommend them."

"Outstanding. The job ended up being 1 1/2 trucks worth but the team was incredibly fast in loading up the debris. They were also very friendly, attentive to my questions and concerns. They left the area were the debris was immaculately clean. Very impressive service."

"I loved this company because they were very honest and helpful. I have to say the honesty is what sold me. I was also very satisfied with the job they did. Definitely recommend"

"Dwayne was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. He knows what he is doing."

"They were from the start the right choice. Straight forward pricing, outstanding execution, and quality. We needed mold remediations, repairing the ceiling, and a mold and bacteria fogging. Every step of the way, it felt like a partnership vs a contractor. Everything was explained and we were consulted along the way. I trust their work and professionalism. Absolutely recommend!"

"I smelled mold in my basement, moldxpros came immediately took air samples and explained the mold remediation process thoroughly. I highly recommend them!"
