Santiago and his crew miraculously transformed my deceased brother's home from an "as is" sale to a home that will soon be listed close to a neighborhood comparable value. His work was highly professional, and all our communication inspired confidence. He stayed in touch throughout the process of repairing and installing new drywall and sent pictures before and after. All this was done long distance between Georgia and Miami. The work was excellent and I would trust him with any project.

Instacure mold remediation was a God send for us in a tough time. My Father had just passed after struggling with lung and breathing issues. During this already difficult time, the air quality at the house started causing similar breathing issues in others in the family and even our pets. They were with us every step of the way, from identifying each and every possibly location to where mold could be, including appliances, recommendations to getting our roof repaired and even made sure everything was cleaned up. We had some areas with mold that needed to be remediated. They did a great job of thoroughly cleaning the area while protecting the areas that did not need work. Efficient, professional and honest. Great drywall repair - you can t even tell work was done! I was comfortable having them work in my home and will hire again if necessary.
