The team led by Ray & Victoria (and their son Tom) were professional at all times. They were knowledgeable and patient with us as we were not sure what we exactly wanted - but knew that we needed to put in landscaping. In the end, we arguably have the best landscaping in the neighborhood and our neighbors are jealous of the magnolia trees we have put in. I am glad to write this review in support of Natures Landscaping and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a custom designed landscape for their home.

It's been over two months since Nature's Dream designed and installed my landscaping and we couldn't be happier with the results. Victoria and Ray were professional from start to finish and provided the level of service we were looking for. I loved the fact that they took the time to get to know the property and get familiar with our overall aesthetic before presenting us with designs. Once we agreed on terms, they constantly stayed in touch throughout the process. Even though they had other jobs going on we always felt like a priority and once work got going, which wasn't long after, they worked quickly and carefully. Their crew was great and even came back the following days to make sure every detail we agreed upon was taken care of. I didn't even have to follow-up. The house looks amazing and best of all, they stuck to the budget and I never got nickeled & dimed for any unexpected issues that came up. I highly recommend this place.

Nature’s Dream Landscape did an excellent job of designing and executing the complete landscaping plan for our new home, including driveway pavers designs, irrigation and exterior lighting. Victoria and Ray were very knowledgeable and professional, were a pleasure to work with, their team completed the work on time and they made sure we were happy with the results throughout the process. Work was fast, clean and well done. A tree in a hard to access spot was trimmed to keep leaves out of the pool. Their spider lift was able to access the area without any damage to the surrounding foliage. This was important because the tree is in the corner of a 3 neighbor’s yards.

Ray and his crew are absolutely fantastic! After having yet another company no-show for a scheduled tree trimming service, I was lucky to find Nature's dream landscape. Ray came on time and with a great attitude and really impressed me with his overall knowledge of all things landscaping. He took the time to go over his services and set a very high standard for the end result. Not only did I hire Ray for the tree services, but also for my bi-weekly landscaping and I am really glad i did! We were initially very pleased with the quality of plants, the responsiveness of the owners, and the overall design. NDL also donated 5 plants to be used in a USMC Memorial in the city. We had a lot of work done, including tree removal and re-sodding back yard, more than than 6K overall. The work required for the cleanup of a cherry hedge was seriously underestimated, but we did not hold NDL to their written estimate. Some of the irrigation was damaged and is still not functioning properly. But perhaps the biggest disappointment of all was when we emailed Victoria asking for the replacement of pentas that never thrived, in the front and back yard, (at OUR cost) she could not be bothered to help us. The city selected our yard for a 'garden of the month' in October, and is coming to take photos. We are airline people and travel for work. Would have liked the garden to look nice, and it is honestly hurtful not to be treated as a valued customer.

On August 8th we were notified that you needed two small 1g pentas. We mentioned that unfortunately we were unable to provide these at a reasonable cost as it would require a long trip. We understand you're unhappy about this, but still remember your joy when we originally completed your garden."

Victoria and her team were great! I saw many positive reviews on Angie's List and had Victoria come over to review my job. I had recently installed a new pool and patio and had a blank slate for landscaping in my yard. She had many wonderful ideas and showed us both digital and hand drawings for our job. We hired her right away. She worked with us on a design that met our limited budget and would look beautiful in our space. She broke the job up into phases to make it more affordable and manageable. We chose to do the largest phase right away and will go back to complete the side yard and a face-lift to the front yard sometime soon. Once we signed a contract the job was scheduled and done within 2 weeks. Some of the most positive aspects of working with Victoria are: She is focused on client services and wants the client being happy with the end product. She knows FL plants and guided us to choosing the right plants for our job. She is able to work within any budget. At her recommendation, I went to see one of the trees she had selected before install and it reassured me that the tree was the size I expected. Their team performed the install and the sprinkler install in a total of 2-3 days. It has been over 3 months and the plants are all healthy, doing well and look great!
