I had a leak from my garbage disposal and all my kitchen cabinets and floor was wet , Restoration 1 cleaned and dry it out all the water at not cost to me! They billed to the insurance company! I didn’t know that my insurance company would pay it! I recommend them 100% Thank you guys .

They helped show humidity inside walls of the house and even locate possible sources of the water. They the have the tools needed and are explained to me using those exactly what they discovered which was very helpful. I followed their advice and had the repairs done. I would recommend them for any case of hidden humidity damage in walls or floors. They even help me with my insurance coverage.

The remediation cost $2,974.00 and included $171.60 for a "Containment Barrier/Airlock Decon. Chamber". I was subsequently quoted an additional price of $900.00 for sealing the walls, which I paid. When the workers came, I realized the job consisted of cutting plastic from a roll and installing it with poles, and spraying primer from cans. The job took 2 hours. I received a subsequent breakdown of the $900 consisted of $244.80 for a "Containment Barrier/Airlock Decon. Chamber" and the rest for "seal and stucco" on a sq ft basis. There was no stucco; only seal. The roll of thin plastic cost about $20,00; 10 cans of primer at $14/can cost $140, and 2 person/2 hr labor cost about $20/hr totals $80. Thus, I paid $900 for a job costing $240.00

Before we began the second phase of the project, we discussed what the job would cost, and you agreed. We did not discuss a specific breakdown of the materials and labor because those are only components of the total project. As I have mentioned previously, we are a licensed company using certified technicians. We are not handymen hired to do simple jobs. This was a MOLD damage mitigation project that involved sealing a section of your home against the elements for the future. Even considering this we did agree on a price for the scope of the job prior to starting the second phase. I hope you take these factors into consideration with regards to the cost of the project. Danny was in our home within 20 minutes of calling. He was extremely honest and reassured us we didn't need to tear down walls (as we had just been told). It's very hard to find honest business owners and we're very thankful. He gave us peace of mind. Would highly recommend!

It started pouring outisde and I noticed some leaks in the master bedroom and in the master bedroom closet. I didnt know what to do so I called a roofer. He recommended Restoration1. I called and spoke to Danny. They came over the same day.
He showed me on his infared camera how much water was in my walls, floor and in the ceiling, they started drying later that day with their machines. I got upset because I thought the machines would be too noisy. Danny assured me that they wouldn't, and explained how if I didn't dry it as soon as possible mold could possibly develop. He went ahead and had his coworkers set up several different machines. Danny even helped me file with my insurance company. I didn't pay Restoration1 a dime, they will charge my insurance company. I will even receive money from my insurance company to change my floor, drywall and ceiling. Thank you Danny and Restoration1, I would easily recommend to family and friends.

They were great, arrived on time on their company van and uniforms. They dried and removed all the water from the cabinets and the floor with their machines, i was amazed how easy the process was and I didn't had to replace the floor..! It was like nothing happened.
