"We invited three companies to call us; our main criteria was fast service to replace a ceiling fan, because the existing fan was leaking oil. Mr. Sparky called immediately and said they could be there the next day; well, the next day (Friday) arrived and they called to say they couldn’t make it, and would re-schedule us for Monday. Henry Electric never bothered to call. In-Phaze had also called, so we scheduled with them for Monday and cancelled Mr. Sparky because we felt they were playing games with us.
