Nobody wants to deal with insurance companies and roof inspectors, and may even miss out on getting a new roof when you are totally (and legally) eligible (you do pay your insurance premiums, for years, and storms have wrecked havoc on our properties all along the east coast) and we usually never get anything for it. Tom is a close friend and he and Elo owners are members of my local church. It was a big job, so we wanted to be sure it was handled by a professional and experienced team. We couldn't be more pleased! Erik Swenson is the owner. He has many years of experience and does the work himself. His partner Nicollet does the sealing of the pavers. He didn't just wash the pavers and seal them, he also filled in the cracks between the pavers with sand to ensure their stability.
