Nobody wants to deal with insurance companies and roof inspectors, and may even miss out on getting a new roof when you are totally (and legally) eligible (you do pay your insurance premiums, for years, and storms have wrecked havoc on our properties all along the east coast) and we usually never get anything for it. Tom is a close friend and he and Elo owners are members of my local church. My experience with them from the moment I mentioned "I need help getting a new roof" was a seamless process of getting a beautiful new roof (and only paying my small deductible). He didn't just wash the pavers and seal them, he also filled in the cracks between the pavers with sand to ensure their stability.
