" I hired Jerry of Lasting Creations, LLC to fix some structure issues that had resulted form years of settling. The home is located close to the beach. Years of salt air etc. had caused stress cracks on the front corners of the home. Jerry completely chipped back the brittle cracked stucco and reenforced it with hydrolic cement to take care of the structure cracks. He re-stuccoed the front of the home, put coins which are the square raised patterns on the corners, four in all. Around the windows he built solid concrete bands, with keys, which are diamond shaped accent pieces at the top of each window, as well as the top of the garage. I am very pleased with the results! Jerry is a hard working independent business owner, don't let the tattoos fool you. Jerry is a man of integrity. I gave him a deposit check approximately a month and a half before the job was started. He held the check until the day he physically started the job. He showed up on time, he preformed to the letter of our contract. Jerry takes pride in his craft. He may not be your cheapest bid....But keep in mind sometimes the cheap comes out expensive, especially if you have to rehire someone to come and fix shotty workmanship. I would definitely hire Jerry of Lasting Creations LLC. again in the future.
Jerry, The owner of Lasting Creations, LLC. Took my old 1977 stucco brick home and modernized it through the art of stucco. :) "
"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
"The whole experience was Great! My wife and I had looked all over.. from Orlando to Melbourne and Daytona to find a shed at the right price but yet one we thought was well built. A contractor friend of mine had helped me build a shed that was already in my yard, but we needed another and I didn't want to spend quite as much money as the first time. It is a very well built shed.. but this time we just wanted someone else to do all the work. No matter where we looked in our price range (around $2000) we couldn't find anything that looked like it really would hold up to the wind strength advertised and they all had gaps where you could see the light come in and on and on. We were almost ready to give up and not even buy a shed when a relative mentioned ShedMovers and what great sheds they had. My wife I had were absolutely floored at the quality of these sheds... they were built better than the one I'd built! And when we started asking questions we kept getting the same answer... it's included in the price.. . electricy pre wired., delivery.. installation .. all included in the price. When we checked the price, the shed we'd chosen was about $200 more than all the other sheds we'd looked at.. but the quality of the shed was 10 times better. Plus, after we'd added on all the things we'd need to do to another shed and didn't have to do with this one... we would have spent a lot more than $200..and had a junkier shed. Shed Movers wouldn't take a dime till they had built our shed, delivered it and installed it.. These people are great and they have the best product I have ever seen or heard of in Sheds. Professional, knowledgeable, and a fantastic product and a very good price. We highly recommend Shed Movers and can't give them a high enough rating. "

Whether you should choose a flat roof or a sloped roof depends on your particular situation. Flat roofs tend to be less expensive to install. However, sloped roofs have longer lifespans and stand up better to heavy snow and other inclement weather.
Keep in mind that even a flat roof needs to have a slight slope, usually around 1/2 inch for every foot. If it is completely flat, water will pool and cause damage, either from weight or leakage or rot.
The difference between a pole barn and a stick-built barn is in the construction. Large poles in the ground provide support for pole barns. For stick-built barns, 2-by-4 or 2-by-6 lumber (known as sticks) create a frame around load-bearing beams. Stick-built construction is far more popular for residential homes. Pole barns are more cost-effective because they require fewer materials and less labor.
While building a treehouse isn’t necessarily a death sentence, damaging the trunk is one of the ways to kill a tree. If you’re concerned about the tree, opt for a treehouse support system rather than attaching it directly to the trunk. This may involve using bolts and brackets to affix the structure to the tree's branches or establishing a standalone support system that remains unattached to the tree.
It’s much less expensive to build a house with wood. This is because wood is relatively inexpensive, strong enough to endure decades or even centuries of weathering and pressure, and is easier to replace if there are issues. The cost of stone houses are incredibly expensive, heavy, time-consuming to build, and difficult to repair.
The timeline to build your barn will depend on the barn type and the company you hire. A pole barn may take six weeks or so, while a traditionally framed or steel-framed barn can take four months or longer. Building a barndominium takes the longest because you are essentially building a new home. You can expect barndominiums to take six months or longer to build.
