"I live in Dallas, Texas. I have had Enoch Air out before => once for an electrical issue; another time to have them install a window AC unit. This latest plumbing issue being the third time these guys have come out => I have absolutely nothing but superlatives to say about Enoch Air, Electric & Plumbing. Their entire operation is just a pleasure and a huge relief. They do business the OLD SCHOOL way. They are actually concerned with the customer’s predicament - unheard of in this day and time. Customer service is non-pareil’ and they are very prompt. And no, I’m not related or co-joined to Enoch Air in any shape, form, or fashion. Their prompt, courteous, and reasonable attention is much appreciated by the wife and this ole’ boy. "Ali was my serviceman for today. He was absolutely wonderful. While I am not happy about paying an unexpected bill to fix my AC unit, however, I am extremely happy that Ali was my tech. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and my options in repair work. He fixed what he could to get my ac up and running so that I could have cooler air rather than sitting in an 80+ degree home! He also explained that I have 1 month to contact them w/my decision on a permanent fix and at that time I will NOT be charged another $99 service call fee.
