Sergio and his crew tore out the bathroom, tiled the walls and floor, built a nice bench and sent someone to finish the drywall. I will use his services again.

Considerate of my home while installing a backsplash in my kitchen. The finished work is outstanding, completed in one day.

PROS: - was able to start on the project that week - 1 person spoke English - tiling came out very nice and leveled the shower floor which was needed - worked fast - fix any errors we asked to be remedied immediately on the same day but we did not pay the bill until all was remedied and the whole job was completed - they did not ask for money upfront. They worked and completed the job prior to. A very respectable way to do business. Very pleasant demeanor and was polite - tile looks great and we are please with the bathroom work - I did not have to stay sitting in the house while they worked. - they worked all day, unlike others that work 4-5 hours a day. - quiet workers. They get straight to work - Good quality tiling work. CONS - boss was always at least 30 min late in the morning so be aware if you have to wait on him in the morning - hired to install pantry doors too but best to stick to tiling. Doors and pantry shelves were not done properly so we decided we would finish them ourselves. Boss had reasons why but that did not match up to the errors performed - there was not enough mosaic tile for the shower niches and instead of telling me to get more they just used the other tile and did not tell me. Not pleased with this but we let it go b/c it was already done and it still looked nice - had to ask to come back to clean up their trash and mess, fix small things, and pick up after themselves. - will use your tools if you leave them out. We have recently found out with our whole house renovation that everyone we hire to do work in our house has been doing this. He even accidentally took our drill battery and we had to ask for it back. So put your stuff away so no mistakes on what belongs to who - the carpenter that was supposed to come to do the doors never showed up on any of the 5-days of the work project. That is why we opted out of the French door pantry install - white subway tile could have been measured across the wall better to have the ends/corner be more equal instead of slivers of tile. It is behind the toilet so we let it go and it was at end of the project we saw it. But after we mentioned that he realized. So just set reminders of things prior to. No one is perfect. - they smoke outside and there were cigarette butts in my yard. WORK: - Asked for a quote for a subway tile kitchen backsplash wall that literally went straight across the wall and that was 180 inches x17.5 inches and he quoted me $400. That is a super high price for a 1-2 hour job so we did not do that. - The bathroom We did hire for $1500. Walls were 155sqft of white subway tile and flooring with shower floor was 55sqft of herringbone marble tile sheets. - this price did not include supplies (grout, tile, thin-set, shower threshold stone) and the walls were ready for tiling with and red garden out on. They literally just had to tile. OVERALL: - Basically, you need to keep an eye on the work and clarify what you want. Other than that they did a fantastic job with the bathroom. I would hire them again to complete tiling work and I would recommend them to a friend. - You have to state all the parameters and ensure progress is being done properly when it comes to making turns in the project like our shower niche issue. - Just keep an eye on everything just like you would for any other hired work that comes to your house and state your expectations.

Sergio and all the guys were awesome! They tiled the walls around the tub including a mosaic band all around and in the niches, and tiled the floor and it’s beautiful. I’d happily recommend them to anyone!

They did an amazing job! They showed up on time they got the work done quickly and cleaned up after they were done. I had an expensive backsplash installed and they did a very professional job! Thank you guys!

Kary's built a very large shower enclosure for me, after having to undo most of my husband's attempt at doing the job. They were magnificent. It took 4 days and each day they were on time, worked tirelessly, and did an excellent job. I cannot recommend them too highly. This has pretty much been one of very, very few positive experiences I have ever had with workmen at my house and I really could not be more pleased. The work ethic is impressive and the skill is as well. Wish I could include a picture so you could see what a fantastic job they did.

Karys repaired my natural stone tile around my pool deck that 2 other companies did not recommend a solution. The tiles were sinking due to sand under the tiles. They put a mix of sand and cement and also used coat of thin cement. Then they were able to lay the same tiles evenly and flush. Terrific Jobs done. also pressure washed and sealed. Very satisfied. The job was to start at 8 a.m. and they were prompt on both days . This was not a simple job. I had to have them remove the old tile in the kitchen and the linoleum underneath. They did a tremendous job. They water sealed the floor installed the tile and grouted it all within 2 days. They will be doing my three bedrooms.

Did a great job. Did it right.
