"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! However, Matt came and discovered it was the supply line to the refrigerator that was routed through the ceiling ( unknown reason why) was frayed and leaking. Matt repaired and replaced the damaged supply line. Matt was professional, through and provided quality workmanship. "
