The plumber was supposed to call before he came out and he did not. I waited on him for 4 hours. My tenants sister unplugged the water heater per FPL request from an electrical problem. The plumber came in and plugged the hot water heater back in, didn't touch or look at anything else. No one should use this company, they collect the money and run. The owner would not talk to me or do anything unless I wanted to pay another $115.

They sent a gentleman in first and he wasn't very good. It took him a lot of time to get the parts. He didn't quite hear the problems that I had. They sent a master plumber the next day and he fixed everything. It works just fine. Everything he did worked good.

It was a bad clog but they got it cleared, unfortunately the clog did return two days later. I called Sam Jolley's and they sent the technician back at NO charge to snake it again. He told me if it reoccured again we would have to and quot;scopeand quot; the pipes to find out what the problem was, luckily the second time did the trick and the pipes have not clogged again since.

It went fantastic they come on time, the work is done they clean up well we have used them off and on for about twenty years and have always been satisfied

The plumber arrived as promised and immediately got to work to solve the issue. This involved some digging, cutting roots and finding the leak. He replaced a coupling and tightened everything up. Problem solved! This is the third time that we've used this plumbing contractor and have been very, very satisfied with their work and prices. Will definitely keep on using them.

Thus far, I have not found any problems with the work performed and I do not know if the price is reasonable since I have not had this work performed before. We did not ask for bids since they were recommended by one of the Puccio brothers from Puccio plumbing with whom we have done business before.
However, I am shocked with the letter we received earlier this week regarding the work performed by this company. It is a cerfified letter with return receipt requested from LCA Lumbermen's and Van Saliba who signs as agent for General Labor staffing - Hollywood, 5977 SW 21st street, Hollywood, FL. They make it clear that this is regarding work performed by Sam Jolley, Dania Beach, FL. They affirm that is for having furnished and quot;temporary laborand quot; for this work as requested by Sam Jolley Plumbing which has Not been paid. They further state that a Lien will be placed on our property if the cost for the temporary labor they provided is not paid in full by the contractor.
Please help resolved this mess before I take this matter further.

Excellent. Called another plumber who could not get shower handle off. That was a week ago. Called this plumber in here in two hours, replaced everything and fixed our two gallon a day problem.

We call, they come right out.......they inspect the area and normally get right to work. We have used them for years. Ask for Gene ..he is VERY HONEST - won't suggest 'quick' or 'cheap' fixes. He wants to do things right the first time and is ALWAYS compliant. He's helped us out in so many situations that I can't begin to write about them all. They are a great, reliable company.

We had a small issue with the price but they worked with us.

It went very well. I called at 1:30pm and a representative from Sam Jolley's made it to the house by 3:00pm. The technician was helpful and professional. I was very pleased at how quickly the problem was solved.

There was a slight mix up on the arrival time but that was resolved quickly. The plumber was very polite and professional.

I called one day and set up the appointment for the next day. The representative was on time, courteous, and professional. They repaired the problem by replacing the pipe. I was very happy with this company and would call them again.

The plumber tested the washer with a test run to make sure all was well. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I was happy with the work.

I HAVE USED SAM JOLLY FOR 25 YEARS. THEY ARE A FANTASTIC COMPANY WITH FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS FIXING ANYTHING ELSE THAT THEY MIGHT FIND WRONG. IN ALL MY YEARS USING THEM THEY HAVE NEVER OVER CHARGED ME FOR ANYTHING.
