Paul is a good guy. They are really busy. He has an assistant that is very knowledgeable and very good training. He was very pleasant and professional. He know his stuff and knew how to do it. He would chat with the home owner without taking all day to kill a day. It was professionally done. Did a nice job. Cleaned stuff up. No headaches. He does the work right. He's not the cheapest but it's done right. He did extra things without having to be asked. They were right on time and did the job.

They did a really good job.  I don't really know what plumbers charge, but I didn't get a lot of estimates on this one.  The quality was a great job.  The guy was very thorough.  He could have cut some corners in places and he didn't.  He had to deal with some issues with the tile on the floor and he dealt with that really well.

Wonderful!  Called Paul on Sunday about water heater he installed last July not providing hot water.  He came over first thing Monday morning and checked it.  The problem is electrical and not the hot water heater.  Great, reliable service.

Everything went smoothly. Prompt and they went right to work doing their job. We were pleased .

Unfortunately we had an emergency plumbing problem on a Saturday! Our usual plumber was out of town and he gave us his contact for One Call Plumbing. So I called, totally in panic since the emergency happened at our rental property in Matthews, NC and I am living now in FL.
The pipe from the water heater in the garage broke and my renters had to turn water off.
John agreed to come out and have a look, also he does not do emergency calls during the weekend at all, which we appreciated a lot in this situation.
He fixed the issue right away, which took him less than 30 minutes. Because it was a weekend call we had to pay the weekend rate plus material, but quite honest - it was very fair, since I thought it would cost over $500!
We are very happy with his service, flexibility to come out on the weekend and his professionalism. I can recommend this company, even I never meet him - but he helped me in an emergency situation and I am very thankful for that! Thanks a lot!!!! You saved my weekend and the weekend of my renters!!!

We had two outside faucets that needed replacement. Paul purchased quality materials and did a very professional installation, including going underneath the house to level the pipe through the brick work so it would not work its way loose over time. The price quoted includes materials and labor and was reasonable for the work done.

They were very expensive and he was here a very short time (45mins). He replaced the flush system and it did correct the problem.

I love the way they clean up. It looks like they have never been there when they finish. They even put the new seat on the toilet when they installed it. I am very pleased with their work and they are prompt with any issues I have.

I have an old house and when I was working outside the water spigot broke off and the water was pouring straight out of the house. I was able to turn the water off at the street but it couldn't be turned back on until the spigot was replaced. I called One Call Plumbing on that Saturday afternoon around 3:00 and he came out and climbed under the house to do the work. He put in a new metal bracket to secure the spigot to the house (the old owner put in a plastic bracket) and he installed the spigot.

Answered questions over the phone about different water heater types and made recommendation. Dealt with under-maintained items in a professional manner. Made real attempt to drain old water heater, but sediment did not allow for it. Replaced water heater on the next day. Water heater has worked fine for past two months. Missed one request for examining one particular plumbing issue. Answered questions after the fact about related plumbing issues in the house.

They did a good job. They arrived on time. They did an excellent job. They were very excellent in what they did. I would recommend them and use them again.

This company is highly recommended. I hired them primarily because I saw the owner lives in my neighborhood. The owner, Paul, always returned my phone calls, usually the same day. They were prompt, neat, courteous and did the job right the first time. Though not cheap, their prices are comparable to any other plumbing company out there and we would not hesitate to hire them again for any plumbing issues.

THE OWNER and ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE ABLE TO COME OUT ON A FRIDAY MORNING, WHICH MET OUR TIME FRAME. THEY WERE PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND COURTEOUS. THE OWNER WORKED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS, AND THEN HAD TO LEAVE TO DO ANOTHER JOB. THE OTHER GUY FINISHED. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS HAVING TO PAY FOR TWO WORKERS; BUT WE'RE HAPPY WITH THE WORK, AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. EVEN HAD REPLACEMENT PART ON HIS TRUCK. VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT. WAS GRATEFUL HE CAME OUT CONSIDERING IT WAS THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!

THEY DID THE WORK IN BAD WEATHER, AND WORKED INTO THE NIGHT.

IN THE PAST HE HAS DONE MAJOR REPAIR WORK FOR US. OTHER PLUMBERS TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO RIP OUT OUR ENTIRE BATHROOM, AND HE FIXED IT THROUGH A SMALL HOLE IN THE WALL. HE HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH OLDER HOUSES.
