"STAY AWAY!!! My neighbor and I contracted this company to remove a tree that we share in our backyard. After coming out to ***** the tree twice, they committed to being able to remove the tree over the course of 3 visit and was given a $1000 deposit to start. On the first visit, after about an hour into the job, they decided that they didn’t feel safe cutting the tree and could no longer do the job. They agreed to a full refund in 2 days, as well as Jacob coming out to fix my fence that they broke. 2 days passed still no refund. Over the past month and a half, we have been getting the run around. They ignore phone calls & text messages and call from different phone numbers. They continue to push back the timing in which we will get our refund. It went from 2 days, to a week, to 2 weeks to now 30-45 days. Not to mention the fence was never fixed. Still no resolve to this day. These people are very dishonest and have no competency on how to properly run a business. It’s comes down to them not having the money to refund us, but have somehow made it make sense in their minds that we [as patrons] should be understanding of them not being able to refund us in a timely fashion. Your patrons should not suffer for your inability to provide a refund. Also, don’t be fooled by their play on their “faith” it’s not consistent with their actions. Being a knower of The Word and a DOER of The Word are two different things."
