Last week, a worker came in after I hired them to pick up leaves and other debris. When I came out to greet him, I found him cutting through my plants. The reasoning was: I cannot blow leaves since they are stuck in your plants ð ¤¯ we called the manager, and instead of offering an apology, I was told that these plants were invasive. It did not matter to the manager that I bought these ferns, snake plants, and milkweeds in a nursery. Now my garden looks like bare dirt. I had already faced issues with their services. Several months prior, I hired them to cut the grass. They had damaged my passion fruit plant, mango tree, fig tree, and plastic poll. I was told it was because of a new guy, so I gave them a second chance. Looks like I should not have."

"Estimated by text/e-mail ignoring the 2 paint colors I identified with supporting photos. When the technician came out and reported back to the office that I was expecting 2 colors per my text string, they upped the estimate by close to double. I changed the order to pressure clean and seal, but tech was not prepared to remove the well water stain first. I offered the stain remover I had, but his reply was, " we don't do scrubbing". So I got down on my hands and knees and did the best I could with the chemical I had left. After it dried, the remaining stain is more prevalent that before. If they can't complete this level of work to satisfaction, hiring them to paint would no doubt be a total disaster. My suggestion, go with someone else. Worst service experience ever!"
