This is the 2nd time within the last 8 yrs that we have used Mark for our landscape lighting and design needs. He is not only prompt & responsive but is also very knowledgeable, providing us with excellent insight and recommendations. He made sure to get us on his schedule to coincide with other landscaping work we were having done to assure a quality end result. Mark is easy to work with and goes the extra mile which we greatly appreciated. These are invaluable attributes of a professional company. Bottom line, we love the results; our back deck feels like we are at a resort. Pictures don’t do it justice. Mark was great to work with. He heard what I wanted to achieve and then actually made suggestions to me that I had not even thought of and recommended better lights than what I originally thought I wanted. My lights look great. He was also very responsible, on time and really professional. I called several other companies who either did not respond or did not show up to give estimates. I give Mark my highest recommendation!

Mark was a pleasure to work with. We knew our home and landscape needed lighting to make it look great but didn't really know where to start. Mark showed us some examples and quickly showed us his ideas for our home. We loved the plan and design for the lighting. He got to work right away. He started and finished when he said he would and that means a lot these day. He's a very nice guy and a trustworthy contractor. I'll definitely use him again once the backyard is ready and would recommend him to anyone needing this service.

For my landscape lighting project I wanted to replace all of my malfunctioning solar lights with a low voltage electrical solution. I solicited quotes from 3 contractors for this project. In speaking with Mark from Landscape Illumination, I learned that he had a career in landscaping so he also understood plants and that impressed me. As we walked around the property he made wonderful suggestions of certain areas to feature with lighting as well as installing new electrical lights where some of my solar lights had been. After Mark left, I thought over his presentation and concluded that I would not be able to afford him because of his wealth of knowledge and experience. As it turns out, the 3 quotes were all over the board. The good news is that Mark's quote was the LOWEST so it was easy to make my selection! Mark was good at keeping me informed on the project and was on time the day of installation. Another member of his team was on hand to bury all the cabling. Once the project was completed, you could not even tell that we just installed the lights. Everything was put back the way they found it--pavers, grass and mulch. The best part happened later that night. It was like watching the 4th of July fireworks with all the oohs and ahs as we walked around our yard and saw how Mark transformed it into an evening showplace. We are so pleased with the finished product. Check out the photos below. I have already recommended his services to a friend of mine.
