STAY AWAY!!! My neighbor and I contracted this company to remove a tree that we share in our backyard. After coming out to ***** the tree twice, they committed to being able to remove the tree over the course of 3 visit and was given a $1000 deposit to start. On the first visit, after about an hour into the job, they decided that they didn’t feel safe cutting the tree and could no longer do the job. They agreed to a full refund in 2 days, as well as Jacob coming out to fix my fence that they broke. 2 days passed still no refund. Over the past month and a half, we have been getting the run around. They ignore phone calls & text messages and call from different phone numbers. They continue to push back the timing in which we will get our refund. It went from 2 days, to a week, to 2 weeks to now 30-45 days. Not to mention the fence was never fixed. Still no resolve to this day. These people are very dishonest and have no competency on how to properly run a business. It’s comes down to them not having the money to refund us, but have somehow made it make sense in their minds that we [as patrons] should be understanding of them not being able to refund us in a timely fashion. Your patrons should not suffer for your inability to provide a refund. Also, don’t be fooled by their play on their “faith” it’s not consistent with their actions. Being a knower of The Word and a DOER of The Word are two different things.

STEER CLEAR!! My neighbor and I contracted this company to remove a tree that we share in our backyard. The owner Jacob, came out a couple times to access the job. He seemed really nice and professional at the time. He accepted the job and did some initially for us. We were pleased. This tree was too big for him to do in one days work. We agreed we would stagger the work. We wanted to help him out as he was starting out his business. It would also help us. After coming out to ***** the tree again after his initial work two more times, they committed to being able to remove the rest of the tree over the course of 3 visit and was given a $1000 deposit to start. On the first visit, after about an hour into the job, they decided that they didn’t feel safe cutting the tree and could no longer do the job. He was not fully equipped to do the work with a two man crew. They also broke our neighbors fence within that hour. We all agreed Jacob included, this was not going to work. Jacob agreed to a full refund of $1000 in 2 days, as well as coming out to fix our neighbors fence he broke. Two days passed still no refund or communication. My husband an I have had to chase them down for an update on the refund. Our neighbors did the same thing. Then they changed their word and commitment from a $1000 refund to $900 to charge us for labor he did that hour he was on the job. We pushed back for the full $1000 as he originally stated. Over the past month and a half, we have been getting the serious run around. They ignore phone calls & text messages and call from different phone numbers. And when they do respond it’s days later there is always a long sob story. They have no credibility and when it’s convenient they use their Faith, as they claim to be Christians, as a customer service talk track to skate the coats of their dishonesty. They continue to push back the timing in which we will get our refund. This job was started Aug 14th. Jacob, said a full refund of $1000 within 2 days then it was a week, then 2 weeks to now 30-45 days from Sept 23rd which is the last message we got from them, Days after I had reached out again for an update on the refund. Not to mention the fence was never fixed. They are very dishonest. It’s comes down to them not having the money to refund us. If they were honest, transparent and proactive in their communication with us, we would have understood and worked with them. But have somehow they have spun the narrative that we as customers should be endlessly patient and understanding of their inability to refund us. Still they don’t communicate with us. We have to chase them down. Always the same run around story. We have since hired a commercial family owned tree removal company to complete the job. They came in one day and in 3hrs had the tree down and removed. Left no mess and no broken anything. Since when do you let your Customers suffer for your inability to provide a refund. My neighbor spoke to Jacob’s wife today 12 Oct/21 and she stated that she does not have a date for us on when we will get our $1000 refund. At this point we are seeking legal counsel STEER CLEAR OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
