Sales guy was rude after the sale, roofing nails left behind, dip in roof by chimney, which was told would be fixed. Poor customer service.

Simon Temple and his crew did a great job. My roof is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommended Covenant Roofing & Construction, Inc. They have excellent workmanship topnotch customer service and work done in timely manner. However, they did not do metal roof but the project modified Bitumen roofing system instead.

Did an excellent job. Communication was excellent. Delivered as promised.

They were professional, supportive and very knowledgeable. They came when they said that they would, did what they said they would do, and the finish product was very good.

Sales representative gave a thorough and honest presentation that included presenting their business license. He took pictures of all problem areas of the roof, explaining what needed to be done. He also provided us with the pictures for use in dealing with a claim with the insurance company. He explained materials and process thoroughly, answering any questions we had. Also worked with us to negotiate an acceptable price. Prep work was done to very carefully cover outdoor plants and border around the dwelling. Workers were efficient, polite. Work was completed within the time agreed, only taking two days. Clean-up was thorough. Independent inspection approved the work for a wind mitigation letter. Very pleased overall with this company.

Professional, courteous and did great work

Very professional sales, project management, and roofing crew, and clean up. What would have been a two day job turned into three and a half because of Palm Coast inspection delays.
