The worst roofer in Flagler CO. IT doesn't matter what the date was, it just shows, UNPROFESSIONAL WORK DONE And you took the money for it.

What a mistake I made by hiring this company. They failed their fist 4 half-way inspections, trashed my yard, called me names and never came to clean up their leftovers (I gave it to the boyscout leader down the block to sell for his troop). I do not believe for one minute that this is a quality job or that it will last past the storm. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Sanctimonious hypocrites who made zero effort to supervise their subs.

The patch was seamless, they responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry, and the job was scheduled and completed promptly. I definitely recommend R&K Roofing for any and all of your roofing needs!

Buyer beware!!! The abosute worst experience of my entire life. RK installed a new roof in November of 2017. Problems all started with the negligence of Doug Reed. Scheduled wrong date. Never once showed on job site. Never sent a single English speaking representative ever on my property during install, not even a Forman. RK workers damaged my home while installing new roof. Repairs were not completed until June of 2018. Delay after delay, lies, Incompetence, deceit and poor workmanship. They even filed a fraudulent lean against my property. Then after taking them to arbitration and winning -- they failed to comply with arbiters decision and then filed 3 bogus lean releases. Beware of the yard sign and referral price rip off scam. It's an inflated price over and above the competitive price where they promise you a discount if you get them referrals plus you must put sign on property. No problem if they deserved to be referred! However ... if by chance they provide poor quality service (as in my case) they still expect you to refer people to them or they won't honor yard sign rip off price. (Unless you take them to court and win as I did). There is no responsibility on their part to provide referable quality services. Careful!! It took 1 year of litigation with RK to for them make me whole .... but the time, the cost, the frustration and the incompetence was unconscionable and at times difficult to bear. Owner Ken Reed never responded to a single certified letter sent or returned a single phone call. Michael McDermott threatened me to pay up before damages were complete or else. David reed lied multiple times and threatened me as well. Beware!! Beware !!! Beware!!!

Overall, this was a good experience.  There was a false start, involving the sellers of the house, probate, county permits, and $300 that I wasted.  Besides the wasted $300 on a permit that was opened and immediately closed, I think I got my money's worth.  Ken Reed is the salesman and the owner.  You will see him for the initial consultation.  He oversees the operation.  There is a man, I think his name is Dominick (spelling??), who is the foreman.  You can tell that he is the enforcer of the actual work crews.  The work crews are fast.  They are clean.  They do a good job picking up after themselves.  Out of thousands of roofing nails used for the project, I found only a couple dozen lying in my yard and flower beds after they finished.
