"We wanted a double window added to our living area in our new-build CBS house. Other contractors wouldnâ t touch it. Brett and Micki understood what we wanted. Their price fit our budget. Their subs did excellent work. They placed the window so it fit with the existing double window, and it looks like it was built with the house. It took a bit longer than projected but subs are in short supply right now. The end product was worth the wait. We highly recommend Island Dream Homes."

"Hired John for an addiction on our home. Bedroom extension, added master bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room conversion. John is very knowledgeable of today's codes with years of experience. Pricing seemed fair. Project took a lot longer than expected but in the end we are very happy with results and John was always willing to make it right. Recommend."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."
