Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Javier even went over which sorts of items, files, boxes, etc. That I wanted to store, and made sure to proportion spaces accordingly. Incredibly durable painted / colored surfaces, even with my kids banging step stools into them. HUNDREDS of colors to choose from. Patient, careful design and installation, and any small issues (which were mostly due to the poor original construction of the old kitchen cabinets that they had to work around or repair) were corrected quickly. Javier make his gorgeous design form match the function that you need, and doesn't try to upsell just to make money. I have SO MANY new projects I want him to do, including my mom's new tiny house.
