I had three other companies try to fix it and it worked for a few months and then it started all over again. They just kept doing the same thing the previous roofer did. Obviously that wasn't the answer. Simmons Performance did a lot of work and changed the way the roofing was installed in that area. So far so good. I got much better quality materials and better warranty than the other companies and it cost less than what I paid each of them. I would definitely used their services again.

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
