contractor, does not QA the work of subs, takes short cuts, leaves owner with unfinished, shoddy work. contractor quit project when final walk thru revealed MANY gross deficiencies, crooked bath tub (blamed it on wall), uses caulk/putty to cover up plumbing fixture shoddy work, installed shower pan BUT did not think to cover it up while subs did tile work, guess what, scratches everywhere and of course long gone... many excuses... this was TWO bathrooms, three bedroooms and hallway.. with promise of more to come if good job.

As the owner of Expert Maintenance Solutions went far and beyond for this lady and at the end, " No good deed goes unpunched"! We not only did the punch list, we did extra things at no charge for customer satisfaction....a line has to be drawn when it comes to free work. Some customers do not like when you tell them a charge for further work will be implemented...now your the bad guys. So many things can be said about this review...buy what's it going to accomplish. Good luck to whoever does their kitchen."

This company was contracted to do much more than carpentry, they were responsible for extensive maintenance for 66 Townhouses, and the grounds surrounding the complex. They did excellent work in the interior of individual Townhouses, as well as extensive work to decks and walkways. I recommend them for all work involving interior and exterior painting, staining, for fast and efficient work on all projects. Every member of the crew is a professional.

Wood Fence Repair
Gary and his crew were not only professional in their task but quite personable while on the job. I found them easy to work with, dependable and punctual. It was a refreshing experience in light of most repairmen I have suffered with. I'm sure I will use them for future work to my house.

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Installation or Complete Replacement
Gary runs a very professional operation from the first call for a quote to the final walk through. He walked us through all options that were available and those that would be at a cost savings to us. The price was very competitive with four other quotes we had solicited and workmanship was excellent. Very conscientious work ethic, the crew cleaned up every day and made a final pass for nails; nothing was left for us to clean up. Highly recommend Gary and his crew for siding repair or replacement. What was promised was delivered.

These people were polite, prompt, professional, well equipped to do the work. and obviously knew what they were doing. The price was more then reasonable. I had a tree removed that was 3 foot in diameter at the base, 30+foot high and over hung the house, detached garage, driveway and wooden fence. Zero damage to anything. You bet I recommend these folks.

Very friendly and professional service. Went the extra mile to install a door sweep that originally did not come with the door we bought. Installed it for us, so the job could be completed to our satisfactory. I highly recommend their company and their service. The level of understanding in what we wanted was spot on and communication was a plus. They stayed in contact with us for the scheduled dates and times of arrival. We were not left guessing when they were going to show up. They cleaned up after completing the job, so no mess to worry about.

I needed a shampoo chair/sink installed in a home salon. EMS was timely, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I was explained how my sink would operate. Included in the price, was the guarantee that EMS would come uninstall it when I no longer need it and everything like walls or floors that were adjusted would be put back to original state. A valuable service given as an add on is a generous way to show superior customer service. 4 years later, my sink works perfectly! I will definitely use EMS for again and highly recommend them.

Gary and his crew were awesome! I have dealt with various contractor throughout the years and this company far exceeded my expectations. They were on time and communicated with me throughout the project. The rainy weather proved to be challenging for outdoor work, but they completed the job before the event I had scheduled in my backyard. They were always courteous even though I added to the list of what I wanted done on a daily basis. They replaced rotten wood, replaced a patio roof, pressure washed and painted the exterior of our home. In comparison to other bids I got for the work, they were very reasonable. I will definitely use EMS again.

Wood Fence Installation
I called Gary after a bad storm blew over our fence. I jad called other companies for quotes but Gary not only had the best price but the best attitude. He was so caring and gave such great attention to detail. Our new fence is better than before! He deserves to be recocnized as a needle in a hay stack - an A+ service in the Corpus Christi Area. We called approximately 15 contractors. EMS responded to our call immediately and even dropped by that afternoon to look at our project(s). We were given a bid in a timely manner with a cost that we could live with. Start time worked with our schedule very well. Gary and crew cleaned up each day at the close of business. Very important for us clean phobia women. Communication was consistent. Gary and crew delivered professional quality workmanship. We will hire EMS again.

We live in a townhome with 10 other units. Mr. Martinez cleaned and repaired all our gutters. He kept appointments, let me know what to expect and when things would be done.
