"I was surprised that the inspector made no attempt to check underneath the mobile home, as this was a primary concern. The home did have skirting, but that should not have prevented the inspection. The inspector stated he couldn't get under it because he didn't have the tools he needed to do so, but if you are a licensed professional, I expect you to come prepared to do the job. I have another inspection I need done, since I didn't buy the first one I considered. I will not be using ReVue for the next one."

He walked my through every step of the inspection and answered every question I could think of and then also made sure I knew what needed to be fixed for safety and what should be fixed to be brought up to current code.
